I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? I want the sea at walking distance and a forest nearby to cool down. 5* accommodation sounds good?

This spacious villa features two bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms, open-space living room with fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Wonderful living room has a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a fire place. Beautifully decorated rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. Villa offers a heated pool with space for sunbathing, and dining area. House is located 10 minutes away from the Ičići beach downhill by foot.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Apartman je nedavno renoviran tako da je gotovo sve u stanu novo. Ima veliku funkcionalnu kuhinju s perilicom za suđe, štednjakom, blagovaonskim stolom sa 4 stolice, veliki kauč, udoban krevet i modernu kupaonicu s perilicom rublja. Možda je najbolji dio apartmana velika terasa na kojoj se možete opustiti i uživati u odmoru!
