An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura e caminetto, camera matrimoniale, bagno finestrato, vano scala da utilizzare come ripostiglio. Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Agordo, just two kilometers away, offers all essential services (supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, newsagents, self-service laundry, hospital, etc.)
