Lovely newly renovated house with underfloor heating, Genvex, covered terrace and garden, central, with peek of the city's beautiful landmarks; the walking tower. With just 50 meters to shopping, the city square and the main street you have close proximity to everything and can enjoy the holiday in this little gem, which is located on a small closed road. With 5 minutes walk you are up on the medieval Borg area, which has beautiful ruins, Denmark's Borgcenter, Botanical Garden and views of the harbour and Farøbroerne. And it's only a 10 minute walk to a forest.

You are close to great experiences at Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We may agree on the possibility of bedding on the air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceilings, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for families with 2-3 children. All year round you can bathe in the "Swedish hole" ml. Roneklint and the small island Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

"Farm" - live with beautiful views, among a lot of animals

Start the day with the morning sun on the large terrace overlooking the garden, the animals and field and end the same place with an amazing sunset. The garden has relaxation in hammocks, sandbox, and playhouse for the little ones and several benches around to enjoy the sun. We have many animals that you are always welcome and there is the opportunity to pick berries and flowers in the self-pick garden as well as buy profits from our kitchen garden in the road shed. It only takes 1 hour by car or train to Copenhagen city center

The house is 24 sqm and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

We had a very nice time at Kim's place. The location is ideal for bike tours and activities in the area or to Copenhagen. We were on Falster and Møn, as well as several times in Copenhagen and Malmö. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The nature in the area is beautiful. We were hiking and cycling there. The apartment is very spacious, superbly equipped and has three terraces, which are perfect for breakfast or dinner, depending on the weather. We are very relaxed and would like to come back.

We had a great time at Andreas' house. It is located in an extremely quiet area, it is very nice, contains everything you need and you feel good right away. There are a lot of games for children. Our kids were thrilled. The garden and the quiet and sunny outdoors is very nice. Thank you Andreas for hosting us.

Heidi and Michael were super accommodating, open-minded and warm. As a solo traveler, I immediately felt at home. The house is very rural. It was great for relaxing. You could easily reach Præstø by bike. The panoramic trail leads directly past the house - beautiful. Heidi brought her homemade apple juice for breakfast. Super sweet. Would always come back.

Own wing in vicarage from 1880

Great hospitality and plenty of space. There is a high ceiling both outside and inside at Maria and her family's home and a swarm of birds chirping about in the large old garden. As a guest, you have a wing to yourself in the former vicarage, which is located away from the road at the end of a beautiful avenue with tall trees. The guest section has been carefully restored. Expect original 70s style and fine colors. We were lucky to greet both the house's sweet dog Skipper and a cuddly cat in the courtyard. Pure luxury as a bonus was a much-needed trip to the sauna after a rainy day at the festival. We'd love to come again.
