The gateway to the Elz Valley in the Black Forest and the world-famous Glotter Valley is the small “Slow City” Waldkirch. In the suburb of Buchholz, ANNAS SCHEUNE is located in the middle of the old town center. A 2016 organically loft-like renovated farmhouse with several outbuildings from the 17th century. The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. Basement in Gundelfingen, approx. 50 square meters, including WiFi, TV, washing machine, terrace. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Private entrance. Ideal for single travelers and business guests. Not suitable for families. Non-smokers! Close to nature and yet close. Despite the railway line, it is quiet. Darker in winter (basement), nice and cool in summer. 6 km to Freiburg main station/Münsterplatz in Freiburg, 10 min. walk to the end of the tram, from there 15 min. to Freiburg. 20 minutes by bike. Flexible key handover.

Centrally located appartment, black-forest view

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

In the middle of the beautiful wine region, there are many ways to make your vacation creative. The nearby town of Freiburg offers a variety of cultural offerings, various theaters, concerts, museums and historical buildings. Our guests benefit from free trips throughout the region by bus and train with the Kornus guest card.

Welcome! The guest apartment (about 50 square meters) is located in the basement of our house - enough space that our guests can feel comfortable in their own area. Included in the price is the tourist tax to the municipality of Glottertal. From two nights (only for tourist stays) you will receive the KONUS-Card, with which you can use the public transport for free in the entire Black Forest region, as well as free parking tickets for all P+R parking lots in Freiburg.

A sunny and a shady terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer and Nespresso coffee maker, a stylish living area with FHD TV and small library await you. For the little guests there is a loft bed, travel bed, games, high chair... The apartment is non-smoking. Underground parking is available.

There is an excavator lake nearby ( it may be bathed)

Das Mini Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang und eine große Terasse, um in ruhiger Umgebung entspannen zu können. Das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist klein aber geräumig. Wenn zwei Personen buchen sollten Sie sich gern haben, das Bett ist 1,40m breit. Die Küche ist nur für kleine und einfache Zubereitungen ausgestattet. Fragen beantworten wir jederzeit gerne.

You will stay in a small workshop house on the edge of the old town, Wiehre district. Due to the rear house situation, you will live very quietly but still centrally, in the middle of Freiburg. The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.
