Excellent host and very well located apartment, in a lively neighborhood, with lots to do. We checked-in in the middle of the night, wasn't a problem at all, which was really great! Suren was extremely accommodating and great at communicating. Thank you! :))

I didn’t expect that the place gonna be so mindful, cozy and beautiful. Everything clean, beautiful view, nice bed, shower, kitchen. Everything is clean and it’s like real village house with amazing view. I’ll come back soon!

It is family place, very cosy and friendly people around. It feels like home, beautiful nature around, bbq zone, fruit trees and rest zones. Inside the room all the amenities are presented, you can feel it all in the little thoughtful details. In general it is a peaceful rest place not far from Yerevan.

I liked the apartment — clean, cozy, everything matches the photo. I was especially pleased with the residential complex itself — modern, well-maintained and with very convenient access: there is an intercom, couriers easily went up to the desired floor, which, unfortunately, is rare for Yerevan)
