Holiday rentals with beach access in Voula

Dragon was an amazing host, he helped answer any and all questions that we had. The space was perfect for us and the garden was beautiful, not to mention the amazing beach right down the street. Located in a very convenient place and easy to access public transportation. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Excellent location; near all of the fab restaurants and beach clubs and walkable to the small town center of Vougliameni.

Polina was a super host, very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly as described, in fact the pool was a little bigger than we expected. You need a car to get around but that's fine. Would recommend!

This apartment is a fantastic find. It’s beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy aesthetic, and everything was impeccably clean upon arrival. The location is truly unbeatable. The host was wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and especially accommodating with personal requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that they care about the guest experience and go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. A couple of things to note: there is a construction site on the adjacent lot, and drilling usually starts around 8 a.m., which is disruptive. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom is positioned directly above the bed. Even when adjusting the fan, it it was hard to avoid the direct airflow, which made it quite cold during the night.

Yelena is adorable!! Very responsive and helpful!! We really enjoyed our stay at her place and if we ever go back to Greece we will book her apartment again! The place is just like the description, close to everything, easy to be found, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, very close to the beach. The place is well organized and clean! This place was absoluty stunning, we arrived right at sunset and it was a greeting, like no other, what a view! the place is very cozy and has everything we needed. It is very clean and we felt right at home... and did I already mention how great the view is?

This was my 3rd stay in Athens, and as usual the city has its great vibes and atmosphere, the scent of the oranges trees everywhere in the street is great and makes your memories 4D ;)). Dimitris apartment has everything you might need and if you need anything Dimitris is a very kind and helpful person who is ready to help or to provide you with what you need. The place is secure & quiet. Very suitable for couple or even small family in addition, the pets are allowed taking advantage of the outside area which has orange and lemon trees. My wife and I stayed at their beautiful home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and what we experienced was nothing short of hospitality magic. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

To był niesamowity pobyt. Timos jest jednym z najlepszych gospodarzy u jakich miałem szansę nocować. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Wzorowy kontakt, mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, masa pięknych i funkcjonalnych dodatków ( jak np kapcie hotelowe, czy kosmetyki pod prysznic). Kilka minut spaceru do promenady, plaży i lokalnych (pysznych) restauracji. Zostaliśmy przywitani jak rodzina a nie jak klienci i tak czuliśmy się przez cały pobyt :) Bardzo polecam!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful clean interior of Airbnb with beautiful tranquil garden. Very helpful host communicating thru Airbnb. Just know that when you walk around on city streets, it’s messy and dirty with trash everywhere-nothing to do with the Airbnb, it’s just how it is. The beach is a quick 10 min walk and beach/mountain scenery is beautiful.

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Excelente apartamento situado numa rua calma, em Voula, a uma curta caminhada da praia, de um fantástico supermercado e de ótimos locais para comer. O apartamento encontrava-se extremamente limpo e correspondeu na totalidade àquilo que eu pretendia. A Joy é uma anfitriã impecável, sempre disponível para responder a questões que possam surgir. Senti-me muito bem na sua casa. É muito fácil deslocar-se na zona. Numa das noites, cheguei mesmo a ir jantar ao centro de Atenas utilizando os transportes públicos. Recomendo a 100%.

Kostas is a great host, friendly and helpful. We had a great time during our stay, an amazing apartment with a great view, and a big balcony for cosy mornings and late nights. Great cosy place, feels like home. In a great location, whether you have your car, there are places to park around, also if you are on foot, the Metro station is nearby to move around. Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Stavros du 23 au 27 mai et nous en garderons un excellent souvenir. Le logement est impeccable : très propre, parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût et idéalement situé. Il se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage et de l’arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport, ce qui est très pratique. Même si nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de le rencontrer en personne, Stavros a été extrêmement disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Il s’est assuré que tout se passe au mieux pour nous faire passer un excellent voyage, avec une attention et une gentillesse remarquables. Nous recommandons ce logement sans la moindre hésitation à 100 %, et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We had an amazing stay! The top-floor room offers a breathtaking view and was incredibly comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed, making the stay very convenient. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was very kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. Additionally, the location was excellent, with the beach, cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store all just a short walk away. We would love to stay here again!

Highly recommend! Achilles is a great and responsive host, and the place is fantastic! Lovely rooftop with sunset views over the water; close walk to beach and lake and lots of restaurants. Look forward to staying again!
