Holiday flat "Stüberl"

Apartment “Stüberl” The apartment consists of a hall, a kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom and a living room (there is a sofa bed where other 2 people can sleep). In front of the apartment there is a terrace facing the courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with articles of daily use like dishes, towels, bedclothes and so on. All existing devices (TV, radio, dishwasher, electric kitchen stove, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board) can be used. In the kitchen there is also a wood stove available. In order to protect the environment hot water is heated by a solar system. Also, the power used is largely produced by a photovoltaic system. In winter the apartment is heated with an Pellet central heating but can also be heated with a wood stove. Firewood is provided. Wireless internet is available free of charge. There is also a second apartment named “Haupthaus” in the former farmhouse. The second apartment can be rented separately.

Chata je na okraji klidné chatové osady v lese nad přehradou, k vodě je to 150 m stezkou ze stráně, nebo terénním vozem či pěšky 400m po lesní cestě. K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. Nedaleko jsou i turisticky vyhledávaná místa Maxův kříž, zříceniny hradů Kozlov a Holoubek a cyklistické stezky.

Elektřinu, Wi-Fi a teplou sprchu u nás nenajdete, srub je jedinečný právě tím, že zde můžete plně splynout s přírodou a odpoutat se od všech vymožeností dnešní doby. Vzhledem ke své poloze je to skvělý výchozí bod pro plánování výletů po překrásném jihozápadním zákoutí Českomoravské vrchoviny v blízkosti Telče.

Nabízím ubytování v útulném vejminku na pozemku jihočeského statku v Prostředním Vydří (6 km od Dačic). Domek je po rekonstrukci, má samostatný vchod, koupelnu a vlastní zahrádku s příjemným stínem. V pokoji jsou 2 lůžka (jedno rozkládací), psací stůl, kuchyňská linka, lednička, knihovna a vlídná, romantická atmosféra. Je tu klid a soukromí. - V zimě se topí dřevem, ráda vysvětlím jak. Koupelna je nevytápěná! V mrazech můžu půjčit radiátor. - Trávu kosím, až když je to nutné, neholím trávník.

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.
