The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom and in the new living area with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

Three en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The villa also has a basement arranged for entertainment for both children and adults.

The apartment has private jacuzzi, towels, a bathrobe, mini cosmetics, slippers, a hair dryer, an iron, board games, spices in the kitchen, coffee, tea, honey, sugar... If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Apartment Rosa is pet friendly, each pet has its own bowls for food and water :)

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
