An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. The villa is in a very good location, we have everything nearby, there is even a Carrefour 100 m away. Thanks again. See you soon, I'll be back.

We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of accommodation, and he provided quick and solution-oriented answers to the questions. We met Ms. Sebiha on the day of our stay, and even in the phone conversation, her sincere and warm voice is enough to put you at ease. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we had a home in Çeşme that we will come back to :) Everywhere was sparkling clean and smelled like cleanliness :) Ms. Sebiha's gesture for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect in one word. It was a very nice and very subtle behavior of Mrs. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while sending us off. We would like to thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother, Ms. Sebiha, for everything.

Host and employees were very interested. Especially Mustafa Bey took care of us closely during the holiday and helped us a lot for all our needs. The house was very comfortable and peaceful. Also, our neighbors in the apartments next door were very friendly, so we had a very enjoyable holiday. Now, when I go on holiday in Alaçatı, the first place I will look for accommodation will be Olea. :)

Very nice apartment with air conditioning. Lots of space, very pleasant to live in, ideal for all types of travelers, alone or with family. The apartment is close to Chios. There is a small supermarket around the corner where you will find everything you need. Maria greeted me on my arrival to show me around. I really enjoyed the cake she made for me and the water in the fridge, especially since supermarkets are closed on Sundays. Maria is a very kind person and was available whenever I needed her. She even allowed me to find beekeeper honey. I recommend it.

Lovely character filled apartment in old town, sun drenched courtyard, very quiet despite being close to beautiful narrow streets filled with charming cafes, shops etc.

Aspa is a very friendly, wonderful person. Every detail has been thought out at home. It was very clean and everything was available. The location is close to the center and the port. Everything was beautiful, I will definitely stay here again!

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

A lovely stone house, newly renovated, in the medieval old town of Kalamoti. The 1-bedroom house is spacious, has a full kitchen, and a pretty little outdoor sitting area in the back. With its thick stone walls, the house was very cool, even when it was very hot outside. Parking is very easy, and the house is just a 1 minute walk away. Dimitris is quick to respond to all messages, and it was nice to be welcomed in person on arrival. Kalamoti is well located--a short drive to visit the various Masticha villages, and only 3 kms from Komi beach, 5 kms from Mavra Volia. The most magical part of staying in Dimitris's place though is stepping out the front (or back) door for evening walks through the streets of the ancient town.

The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!

If you are looking to be in a place, that is walking distance from the center of the city of Chios, this is your place. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Lot's of privacy. Only minus on the place is that there is no view towards sea (you are surrounded by buildings), although the garden gives some nice touch. Highly recommended

From the moment we made the reservation, they answered all our questions quickly and in detail. The house was very comfortable, calm and cozy. We have not experienced any security problems. The furniture in the house was extremely sufficient and new. Paul was very helpful to us during the day and was extremely friendly. We had a very pleasant and beautiful holiday. It was a great stay experience! The location was perfect, and thanks to being in the center of the city, we could walk everywhere. The house was really clean and everything we might need was thought of. We owe a special thanks to our host, who was incredibly helpful and understanding, and was also very supportive in matters related to our belongings. We felt safe and at home. I prefer it again without thinking. The location was very good, very close to the ferries and the beautiful restaurant at the port for those who want to stay in the center of the city, and the local restaurants as well.

Katarraktis is a quite and peaceful small town with lovely restaurants. Worth staying there... House has a wonderful location with also a wonderful view. Δημητριος was extremely helpful and kind. Very quick response with specific directions in case you require help. Had a delicious, peaceful and lovely time there.

Is is a greate accommodation at a beautifull and peacefull place! Our host Vaso was always available and helped immediately. We would love to come again!

Mr. Zafer was a very caring host. He even helped us move our stuff home. He also left some treats for the house. The house was as in the photos. It's pretty close to the center of Çeşme. We were able to leave the car nearby because it wasn't too crowded when we went. Price performance is a place to stay

Ms. Tugce is a meticulous person who instantly produces solutions to even small problems and attaches importance to her work. The house is clean and very conveniently furnished. It is also very close to the city center. We are very pleased, we would gladly recommend it to everyone.
