Enjoy this fabulous, spacious place with family—it promises some wonderful times ahead. It's a house that is lived in year-round, so there are personal belongings there. It offers a bedroom, a mezzanine & the sofa in the living room converts into a bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower. An above-ground pool was recently installed but is not usable. This information is provided as a precaution. Sheets are not provided. The house is 25 minutes from the sea (LA BERNERIE EN RETZ).

Shops within 2kms. Free car parking for all types of vehicles Located just over 2 km from the Le Pellerin bike paths and the ferry. The accommodation is an extension of the longhouse where we live.
