Very nice and comfortable appartament a lot of space and all necessary amenities. Petar is very nice and helpful. Good location close to the center . Highly recommend.

Nice apartment with a beautiful garden, perfect for a family visit. Beds are clean, comfortable, and pleasant to sleep in. Željko was very kind and responsive, and he even prepared the apartment by pulling out the bed in the living room, since there were five of us (three adults and two children). The apartment comes with private parking space inside the courtyard. As indicated in the description, the property is not close to the city center, but if you're with a car and plan to drive around the area anyway, it will be a perfect base for your travel.

Lijepo uređen stan smješten na izvrsnoj lokaciji, odmah do bolnice. U blizini je sav potreban sadržaj te možete svugdje prošetati. Stan također ima sve potrebno, moderno je uređen i vrlo topao. Komunikacija s vlasnicom je odlična, gospođa je jako brižna i draga. 10/10

Bilo nam je jako lijepo, osjećaj kao da smo kod kuće. Sve uredno i čisto, prostrano, ima sve sadržaje koji su navedeni na slikama i u opisu. Domaćin nas je u sve jasno uputio preko poruka i bilo nam je lako snaći se, ugodan je, diskretan, nenametljiv. Lokacija je odlična, blizu centra i svih sadržaja, a opet miran kvart za odmoriti se. Svakako ćemo doći opet :) preporučamo svima

Jako ugodan, prostran i lijep apartman. Opremljen je sa svime sto je potrebno, sve je uredno i cisto. Boravili smo jednu noc sa dvoje male djece i lijepo smo se naspavali, a s obzirom na poziciju apartmana imali smo u blizini sve sto nam treba od ducana, pekare, ljekarne.. a bili smo i blizu poznate Tvrđe te je odlicna polazna tocka za razgledavanje. Svakako bi preporucili ovaj smjestaj, i ako cemo opet dolaziti u Osijek ponovo cemo bukirati Apartman Maris.

Lovely place to stay! We found it quite last minute on our road trip so only stayed one night but would have loved to stay more. Really comfortable, private driveway with gates for safe parking, has everything you need and was super clean. Also absolutely loved Biljkin’s plants! Really made the place feel like home.

Very cosy house, small double bed, do have another bed in same room. Optional 2 sleeper couches available. House comfortable for 2 adults and children, not 4 adults. Did not see host at all, his parents checked us in very nice people.

Wir haben das Haus Lena im August diesen Jahres gebucht. Die Vermieter sind absolit zuvorkommend, super nett und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar gewesen! Die Unterkunft war super sauber und alles vorhanden wie beschrieben! Als Begrüßung gab es für uns Erwachsene einen selbstgebrannten Schnaps des Vaters und für die Kids waren Säfte u Knabbereien, sowie ein riesen Obstteller vorbereitet! Auf Nachfrage, was man denn in der Umgebung alles so erkunden kann, kamen zahlreiche Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants! Das einzige was von der Beschreibung her nicht so ganz gepasst hat, war der Strandzugang. Die Donai war schon einige 100 Meter entfernt, was uns aber nicht störte! Wer die Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Nach aller Skepsis die wir am Anfang hegten, da Josip erst seit 2024 auf Airbnb zu finden ist, wurden wir umso mehr überrascht! Highly recommend! Ivana was a great guest very responsive and very friendly and went above and beyond to help us find and bring us pizza! Apartment has everything that we needed outside was lovely including all the lights. Private parking was perfect! If we’re in the area again we would stay here!

Stay was excellent, pictures of the house were good, comunication was good.

Sta reci za kucu u kojoj smo se osjecali kao kod kuce? Sve je bilo savrseno od domacina koji su nas docekali i pocastili vlastitim delicijama, lokacije koja je kao iz bajke i okolisa koji je nama bio jaaako bitan zbog dva velika psa. Nisam dobra sa rijecima pa Vam stoga preporucujem ovu bajku jer cete se tek tada uvjeriti u ovo sto pisem. Darija & Milos , samo tako nastavite i vidimo se. Pozdrav od ekipe iz Dubrovnika

Anica hat eine gemütliche Wohnung mit alles was du brauchst. Saubere Bettwäsche , Badezimmer und Küche. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und in die Wohnung geführt. Wir waren auf der Durchreise, daher waren wir nur eine Nacht dort. Es ist eine ruhige kleine Ort. Einkaufszentrum ist ca. 1,5 Kilometer entfernt. Wir danken Anica, wir werden gerne in Zukunft wieder vorbeikommen.
