When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? The village of Hlásnice-Trpín is surrounded by hills with beautiful views and established paths for hiking and cycling. Probably everyone who has been here was surprised how something so beautiful can be so close. Hlásnice is suitable for couples looking for romance, style, personality and privacy. At the same time, we ask you to respect the privacy of other residents of the village.

Modern house on the edge of Žďárské vrchy. The house is ideal for families with children or smaller groups. All guests looking for a rest in the garden with its own indoor pool (April - November) and Finnish sauna will enjoy themselves. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and water sports in the nearby Velký Dářek. You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

In our newly renovated cozy apartment, which is part of a large farm, you will feel like you are on holiday at your grandmother's. You will get to know living in a small quiet village surrounded by a large number of pets and beautiful nature. Due to its location, your accommodation will be a great starting point for trips to the beautiful border of the Highlands and South Bohemia near the fairy-tale town of Telč (UNESCO).

Chata Turovka

Feel like you can't make it? Slow down and breathe in our cabin, located at the end of the small/quiet village of Turovka. During your stay, you will have an oasis of peace and awakening while singing birds. You can walk to the shop for fresh pastries to Hříběcí (1 km) or Horní Cerekve (5 km). In Horní Cerekvi there is a beautiful flooded stone where you can bathe in summer, or you can bike along marked trails to many tourist destinations in the area and in the evening to roast the buzz on the fire.

The cottage is located in the cottage area Pod Borovím in Třebíč. It was renovated in 2023. Chalet in Podborovia provides accommodation for 4 people (+ crib) in one bedroom. The cottage has a fenced garden, a pergola with a fireplace, and a parking space for 1 car (another parking spot is located off the property). On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen connected to the living room and dining room, a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. The loft has a shared bedroom for 4 people.

A cottage in the middle of nature. A forest behind the house, in front of the house a pond. Suitable for families, groups of friends and couples. We would like to welcome you to our cottage and we hope you will enjoy your unique holiday here. The house is split in half. One half is for you and the other half is for my parents. The pond can be used for swimming, but only from our side. The other side is someone else's land. The house has spa water of excellent quality, suitable for drinking.

A cozy wooden cabin awaits you in a quiet forest next to the village of Skřnářov. Experience nature with wild berries in summer and a snow-covered landscape in winter. Yet, modern amenities are available: WiFi, hot water, shower, bathtub, equipped kitchen, TV, and indoor toilet. Sleep in a comfy bedroom with a large window overlooking the yard, where you may spot a grazing doe in the morning.

The authentic architecture has been preserved, while modern touches and comforts have added a fresh new character to the home. Surrounded by a blooming garden, it offers the perfect place to relax. At the heart of the outdoor space is a hot tub under the open sky.
