The house and garden offer a wonderful view of the Tatra Mountains. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. The attraction is a fireplace, a small SPA with a jacuzzi tub, a Finnish sauna or an infrared sauna. In the garden you can light a fire, there is a hammock, swings and a garden tub. A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!
