Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Gatehouse apartment upper floor | Vacation on the estate

This cozy, rustically furnished apartment for up to 4 people is located on the upper floor of the historic gatehouse of the estate. You enter the apartment via the hallway, from here you enter the kitchen with a seating area, the bathroom and the bedroom with the 2 single beds. This bedroom has a connecting door to the second bedroom with a double bed, but this can also be reached via the hallway. In our manor kitchen, you can start the day with a breakfast buffet at an extra charge.

Cozy tiny house near Schleinähe in a secluded location

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

In the morning for breakfast you can also watch the wildlife in the field or our two cats in the garden from the conservatory. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake. Our cozy apartment is located in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Baltic Sea (9 km), Wittensee (7 km) Bistensee (6.5 km) and the Schlei (8 km) are not far away. The towns of Eckernförde, Schleswig, and Rendsburg can be reached in 6–20 minutes by car.
