Monthly Rentals in Waco Township

Ashleigh's place was the perfect spot for my family to stay during a quick trip to Wichita. She had everything we needed and then some! We ran into a few issues with weather while were there and had a request on the TV and she always responded within minutes to my messages. It was close to a nice walking path and easy to hop on Kellogg to get anywhere in the city. I would highly recommend this place to others as it was clean, safe, and made for a very comfortable stay. We hope to be back, thanks Ashleigh!

My family and I (4) stayed here and it had everything we needed. It's just like the pics. Everything is on one level, no basement rooms, which we liked. Will definitely be coming back.

Stayed 2 nights for our first trip to Wichita. Cute little house in an older neighborhood. Corner lot, on a street with lots of traffic which may not be suitable for light sleepers or those looking for more privacy. Comfortable furniture and after a long drive, loved having a reclining sofa to relax. Did not use any of the appliances, including the washer or dryer, but looked well stocked. Home was very clean and would recommend to others.
