We raised our 5 children in this beautiful home. We love to share our gift of hospitality when we have the opportunity. Dayton is a short drive to Carson City, Virginia City, Lake Tahoe, Reno. It is perfect for long/short term business, family, leisure trips, or anyone just looking for a comfortable place to stay between destinations.

The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and modular sectional sofa that can be used as a bed, a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate & convection oven), and a washer & dryer. The space has WiFi, cable, and complimentary coffee & Tide Pods. The location is just a few minutes away from Downtown Reno. Similarly, it is about an hour drive (or less) to Tahoe.

Welcome to our Little Farmhouse! Please Note: This is listing is for 1-2 Guests only. We do have a separately listing for 3-4 guests. Please check out my host page for the separate listing. Our charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

Studio in Sparks

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices. There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.

Comfy Lovelock Home Near Freeway

Built in the early 1900's, our building was originally a plumbing shop and was later used for upholstery, storage, and the satellite office of the Reno-based Lincoln Heating and Air. The building was turned into a living unit when Lincoln Heating and Air no longer needed it. You will be able to tell it's age by noting the angles and slight slopes in floors and walls from settling over 100 years. The building was completely renovated and furnished for your comfort.
