Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt im Herzen des Horner Beckens in einem kleinen Ort und ist idealer Ausgangspunt für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Dieses Appartement ist bestens geeignet für 1 bis 2 Paare, sowie für Familien (2 Erwachsene und 2-3 Kinder) oder Alleinreisende. Babybett und Kinderequipment auf Anfrage verfügbar. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Schwimmteich der nicht eingezäunt ist. Unmiitelbar nach der Anreise ist eine Ortstaxe von € 2,50 pro Person und pro Nacht ab 16 Jahren zu entrichten.

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Nachbarn gibt es keine (Einzellage). Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.
