Hi and thanks for checking out our little piece of Hamilton gully paradise. Right on the edge of Ranfurly gully, our little apartment is close to everything, offering privacy, peace & a little luxury. Down a long drive, at the end of a cul de sac, you’ll be woken by native bird song, not traffic noise. Hamilton is fortunate to possess a handful of gullies (small valleys carved out by streams) where native birds thrive & bush quietly regenerates. These hidden gems are the green lungs of the city.
“The place was absolutely amazing. Sparkling clean, cozy and warm. There was a very thoughtful and detailed notes about the places that we could possibly visit. The location of the place was great - 10 minutes to Hamilton garden, 10 minutes to Zealong Tea house. If you like a nice getaway to Hamilton, I strongly recommend this place. You will not regret it! Thank you Jeff and Callie!”
Escape to this tiny treehouse in the woods, 4kms from Whale Bay and 12kms from Raglan. Disconnect and recharge. Live simply. Breathe in nature. Experience off-the-grid living and take a break from technology. The treehouse is set up in the pines on our 35 acre property and has an amazing view over pasture, native bush and the ocean. This is an escape from the everyday. It's for young romantics (at heart), the adventurous. Bring your gumboots to stomp around. Sleeps 2-3.
“A gorgeous tidy little space with beautiful views. We found the loft bed very comfortable & slept with the window open listening to the ocean. Even though we’re in winter now we found the space warm enough without needing to use the heater. The driveway itself was a bit of an adventure, we weren’t sure if we’d make it back up, but we did! We also decided to make a trip down to “The picnic tree” - another adventure! Especially after the wet weather, I ended up sliding down most the way - haha! It was a lovely spot to share our bottle of champagne. We will be back.”
