Apartment holiday rentals in Waikato Region

Kristin has been great with communication, offering early check in as soon as the place is available. Location is excellent, lake front, next to many restaurants and most importantly, 3 min walk to Wai Ariki hot spring which is the main reason for our visit to Rotorua. Note though because of the proximity to Eat Street - Friday night particularly can be very noisy , music well into 1am . The pull out couch at the study does sleep the 5th guest, but the study is more a recess from the kitchen area, so whoever sleeps there bring eye mask and ear plugs.

A beautiful home. Only wish weather had been better to sit in the beautiful garden.

Great place to stay and friendly, welcoming host. Super comfortable and cosy and easy distance to everything. Nice a sunny with lots of natural light. Peaceful too. Will be back

We had a great stay at Monicas Air bnb, Ive stayed in many and this one was at the top of the list. Monica did all of the small things that made our stay extra special. I had a busy weekend in Auckland with my 2yr old daughter, I didnt have time to message to say we would be late and with it being winter I was worried we would get there and it would be cold. But Monica put the heater on for us and had a light on as well. She offered early check in and for us to take our time checking out since she didnt have any guests booked in after us. The space is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Highly recommend this air bnb we loved it.

We have had a great weekend staying at Robbie's apartment. Beautiful views, warm, clean and a great location.....we were just so pleased. Highly reccommend and we would definitely love to come back again.

We loved our stay!! John was so kind to let us check out later so our son could have a sleep before we hit the road. Amazing location, we loved being able to walk to local cafes and the beach. The space is so spacious, private and peaceful. We will definitely be back! Thanks John 😊

We loved our stay at Ivan’s condo. The view alone is well worth it. It was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s on a hill and yet still walkable to the beach, view points, cathedral cove shuttle pickup and town center. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very friendly and hospitable hosts who made us very welcome. The animals were a big bonus for our children. Thanks for having us.

Really enjoyed staying here! The place was super clean and spacious and within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and town area! It was pretty private despite being so close to a lot of restaurants and nice coffee places. Although it was a bit difficult to find the keys and get access to the car park at first, Simon gave ample instructions to check into the apartment. Will stay here again when I come back to Auckland!

We had such a lovely and relaxing stay at Irene’s apartment. She is super attentive and the house was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Such an amazing location so close to the water and a short walk from the shops Acacia Bay has to offer. Would definitely 100% recommend. Thank you so much for having us, Irene.

Our stay at Jitka and Micheal’s place was amazing! Jitka was very response and helpful in accommodating our check-in time. The space itself was clean, had everything we needed, and is in a wonderful location! We were able to walk everything we wanted to do during our short stay in Auckland. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My family (consisting of husband and two teenagers) had an outstanding time at Peter’s apartment. It was our first time visiting New Zealand and Peter was extremely helpful and an informative guide in addition to host. He gave us many suggestions and responded very quickly when we had a question. The apartment was exactly as advertised, gorgeous! There are stunning views from the living room. We could have watched the views for hours, both day and night. Additionally, it was well situated, with many great restaurants and activities within an easy walk. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well stocked. The kitchen shared the same lovely views as the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms were great. We would happily stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland.

The sea facing view from the property was awesome. The host was very supportive and responsive. It had everything which a family with kids want. Loved the amazing collection of music cd’s and family games to play with kids. I really loved this place and want to recommend for families.

Christiaan was a wonderful host and has a great place! The location was excellent—close to everything—and it provided a great workspace for remote work. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious. The host went out of his way to help in any way, and everything about this stay was excellent!

Had a perfect stay in this cute little spot after road tripping in a van for a week. The hot tub was an absolute treat, and the space was large for a studio, and tucked away in the jungle where it was very quiet. Exactly what we needed!

Our second stay. Great Airbnb. Lots of thoughtful extras like an umbrella, extra towels, lots of local information. Fantastic being able to use the swimming pool & gym. Highly recommend Kerri’s Airbnb.

We had a lovely stay in Auckland at Hannah’s apartment. The building felt safe and secure and the park behind the building is lovely. The space was clean and well cared for. It’s close enough to walk to the harbour but you’re not directly in the chaos of the tourist shops which I prefer

Fantastic location. Everything in walking distance wether it eas North Warf, ferry to Waiheke, restaurants, shopping. Fantastic hosts, nothing was a problem. would definitely use again.
