The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Painted Skies - Country Guest House

'Painted Skies' is a modern two bedroom guest house situated on our 20 acre lifestyle block 3km from the Te Kuiti township in the heart of the King Country. An easy 6 min walk to the surf at Whale bay, Indicators or Outside Indicators a few mins drive to Manu bay or Ngarunui beach. Warm and cosy with a beautiful open fire, modern insulation & large double glazed sliding doors. The heat pump heats the studio within 15mins.
