Trudi is a great host. Very responsive and instructions and communication was clear and friendly and very accomodating. We loved staying at this beach house. It works really well for two couples with the two big bedrooms and a bathroom in each. Trudi has provided everything you need and more. The house was nice and warm on the cold windy days and it was easy to live in. Being right across the road from the beach was a massive bonus. We loved our stay here and will be back. Thanks Trudi

Spacious, clean, fully stocked, great outdoor area for kids and heated pool! Whilst the above sums it up, the words don’t do it justice. This is a one of a kind grand accommodation with plenty of space and 2 bathrooms, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen was very convenient! Heated pool was the highlight for our kids and we stayed in April, swimming 1-2 times a day! Nearly petting zoo is much better than another place just further afield. Highlight was the skate parks in the area - both Bay Skate and William Nelson Skate Park in Hastings were the hit!!!!! Orchard next door produces apples! Pets were another highlight for our children! Katie is a wonderful host. The apartment was spacious and the yard felt quiet and peaceful despite being only a few minutes walk to the village with shops and restaurants. As advertised, it was about an 10 minutes walk to the cable car between the business centre of Wellington and the Kelburn neighbourhood. We really appreciated Katie’s responsiveness and thoughtfulness in stocking the kitchen for our arrival. We also really appreciated the access to the full and private laundry facilities! I would certainly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Wellington for a few days!

Sue's place is just like the pictures only better. Loved the splashes of color and retro vibe. Yummy bread and selection of teas, coffee beans and plunger. Lovely linens and plenty of blankets on very comfortable beds. All the windows are now double glazed and there is heating in every room plus electric blankets so we were very comfortable early winter. Parking just outside and a very short walkway to the beach right next door. Flat and walkable to shops and eateries. Very much recommend, Thank you Sue.

I absolutely loved my stay at Liz and Steve’s place. The living room was cozy and warm and made you feel right at home. The porch out the front was beautiful as the sun came up. Definitely would recommend!

Estelle and Russell's place is a fantastic place to stay very close to Napier city. Its a really relaxing and comfortable space.

Will definitely book the same accommodation when I come back to Welly. Place is amazing, clean, what you see is what you get. Worth the pay. Got the privacy. Peace and quiet. James and Nadine always communicates and gives proper instructions.

Another great stay for us, very convenient with family nearby. Several evening and daytime meal options nearby, frequent buses on a direct route into town, lots of walking trails nearby.

A small and cozy little stay in the back of Lynaire's home, perfect for our one night stay before flying out of Palmy the next morning. Lynaire greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a tiny kitchenette if you want to boil some water or heat something up in the microwave. Very central location!

Jolanda was an amazing and attentive host. I travelled solo with my two very young kids and Jolanda made sure I had everything and more to make it as easy and comfortable for me and the kids. The place is comfortable, warm and looks exactly like the pictures. Thank you, Jolanda for a great stay! Appreciate it all.

Bev and Eddie were very welcoming. They briefly explained what we could do around the Airbnb accommodation. The place itself is very peaceful and overlooks the beautiful Mount Ruapehu.

Scott and Laura's place is spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The space is airy, private, and furnished with a nice balance of taste and practicality. Very well set up kitchen with plenty of storage space, good sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher drawer, and cooking. The appliances, including the washer-dryer, are modern and easy to use. Modern bathroom with underfloor heating - a lovely treat in cooler months! - and comfortable bedroom with ample space for clothes storage. Also off-road parking right by the door if you have a car. Very convenient location close to the Khandallah shops, with cafes and supermarket. And close to public transport for trips into the Wellington CBD. I'm very happy to recommend Scott and Laura's place, and hope to stay there again!

Debbie's Countryside Cottage in Taihape township delivered small town NZ comfort and hospitality+. Left feeling very spoilt. The cottage was warm and welcoming on arrival. Stayed 2 nights but wished it had been 4 nights. A real home away from home. No skimping on ammenities and utilities. Everything very neat and organised internally. Wifi strong, super comfortable bed, plenty hot water, huge heat pump, full sized fridge, oven, washing machine facilities if required. Spacious private bathroom. Well stocked pantry items and crockery/cooking utensils. Perfect......and guess what?......I'll be a return visitor soon. Taihape township.....gateway to the beautiful Rangitikei District. The general farming and inland areas between Taihape and Hunterville offer a huge range of things to explore and experience. Green paddocks and hillslopes present everywhere, beautiful farming landscapes .....a credit to the pioneers, present-day families and communities that have, and do, call this area home.

We had a great night at Michelle's. It was very peaceful and quiet. The unit was a nice size and everything was clean and tidy. A perfect place for our stop over on the way to New Plymouth.

Louisa's house meets our expectations, even beyond with its cleanness and the bedding——yes, my friend loved the mattress so much. Definitely worth a five-star.
