The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. For the best sleep, open the bedroom window!

Cabin On The Creek

Set in the beautiful Alleghany Mountain Range, the Cabin On The Creek is a custom-built luxury cabin with amazing views and access to Potts Creek on a private wooded property. Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek include the back porch, observation deck with Adirondack chairs, and walking path that leads to a stunning view of the Potts Creek “Sinks.” Enjoy the tranquil natural environment as you make use of the outdoor grill, picnic area, fire pit, and hot tub.

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Warmth and comfort. Located near historic Lewisburg, WV and The Greenbrier. Less than .5 mile from stocked fly fishing stream, Second Creek.

Beaverdam Falls, Earlehurst Cottage

Built for $500.00 dollars "back-in-the-day," the Earlehurst Cottage was inhabited by The Carters, a humble, cute old country couple. Here, they raised two daughters. Today, the house is tastefully appointed where expected - & comfortable to modern standards - yet, it has been left as charming, rustic & cozy as it had always been: with elements of the original decor, windows, plaster walls, etc., being preserved. Pets stay for free!

The Ranch House at Elmwood

The ranch house at Elmwood affords you the ideal place to enjoy 2025 in a spectacular visual setting, located on the grounds of the great 19th century farm together with the restored mansion and historic outbuildings. The ranch house combines the convenience of staying in the environs of the charming historic town of Union with the tranquility of living in the country, and features scenic views from every room.

Wrap around deck overlooking a pond. Mountain views. Sitting area/Loft. Big-screen TV. Private bath w/ shower. New kitchenette added 11/2020! Private bedroom w/ queen bed. Full-size bed and 2 twin beds in the loft (2nd bedroom). Cozy sitting area. Gas fireplace. Gas grill on the deck. Please note that the cabin is not for a "party" for lots of guests.
