This is our second time to live here.We feel better that last time!Karin prepared milk and fruit for welcoming us when we got there.We had a really good time there ! We will miss Karin’s house and family!

Cole's place is a stylish, spacious home with great living space and a beautiful outdoor patio/garden. The location is super. A short walk to Point Chevalier beach for swimming and less than 15 mins drive to the city centre. The jacuzzi is a bonus!

Alex and Anke were great hosts. Friendly and accommodating. Our two year old son enjoyed staying at the farm house as there were lots of farm animals such as horses, donkeys, cows, sheep and a very friendly dog. Very peaceful stay overall and we had a much deserved break staying there. Very private but also about a 5 min drive to the local restaurants and supermarket. Handy location and beautiful scenery throughout.

Awesome place, not often you find a home with a backyard like this one. My son loved running around, and had a great time in the spa. I appreciated the covered outdoor area, well suited for dining. The large living area was great for wheb my brother and his kids came by for dinner. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay! We were travelling with our 1 and 3 year olds and Natalie’s place was perfect. The pool and trampoline, and a little pack of fun things Natalie put together for the kids, kept us all happy and feeling very much at home. The house and yard are even nicer than the pictures, and the location is amazing. Thanks for everything.

What an exquisite and inspiring view of Bethells Beach! The view from the deck was amazing. The cottage was very quiet and peaceful. John was an excellent host. We enjoyed walking the beach and hiking to Lake Waimanu past the huge dunes.

Absolute beautiful house. Perfect for the kids with the pool and spa pool. Beautiful out side BBQ are, just loved everything about this stunning house… will definitely recommend… thank you marika and your family for allowing us to share your beautiful house

We really liked staying in this house. It’s a really great beach house that is quite comfortable and has heaps of personality to it. The views of the Tasman and the nearby dune fields are unbelievable. Paula was such a friendly and effective host. She gave us great advice on how to reach a nearby lake by trekking over the dunes. Definitely want to go back!

Absolutely amazing location amongst rolling farmland. Beautiful, private beach within walking distance, no light pollution equaling breathtaking stars and for the nerds out there - Weathertop from Lord of the Rings is nearby! The house has everything you’d need, including one super soft bed and one super firm bed, satisfying both kinds of picky sleepers. The hosts were very friendly and responsive while also allowing us privacy - if you’re looking for peace and solitude, this property is it! There is zero cell phone coverage in this area but the WiFi worked perfect. We will definitely be back!

Raes home was stunning and so peaceful - perfect spot to relax and unwind between wedding festivities. It had everything we needed, even local produce to enjoy. Rae was really friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

i've stayed at Brendon and Sali's places a few times now and we've become good friends. They will always be my first choice for accomodation when I come back to Auckland. The Cottage is well-located to take advantage of everything The Bays have to offer.

Exceptional, private location with friendly attentive hosts, just minutes from Ponsonby Road. It was so lovely to close the gates into the lush courtyard and enjoy a well-appointed home away from home, with generous interior spaces, comfortable bedding, and all the amenities needed for a longer stay. Gerard is a kind, generous neighbour & host, ensuring we had everything we needed. Just a few blocks from Ponsonby Rd's hospitality scene, with a dairy at the corner, and a bus stop nearby, there's lots to see, do, and explore in this perfect Grey Lynn bubble!

We had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend. We needed somewhere for children and it was great. Close to shops, including a quick walk to the mall if you need anything. Charlotte was very quick to respond and even got a new iron as we had a wedding to go to. Really amazing space and value for $$

A true kiwiana Bach, has everything you need for a getaway. Spectacular views and surroundings. The fireplace made it nice and cozy.

Sarah's place was a peaceful retreat in a beautiful neighborhood setting. It featured a spacious loft with everything I needed including a comfortable bed, cozy sitting area, large desk, and a terrific shower. Very walkable to Mount Eden and the village nearby with a variety of restaurants and shops. Sarah was easy to contact and always responsive to questions. I highly recommend Sarah's place as an excellent choice in lodging if you are visiting Auckland.

This place was a quiet sanctuary in the cute town of Howick. The property was walkable to the beach and Howick village. The property was homey and comfortable. There was all the necessary stuff needed for cooking, and doing laundry. Renee and Simon were pleasant and friendly. This place worked for me as a solo traveler to head off to laces around Auckland, as well as have a quiet day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

we were so happy at Greg's and Maria's house! the place is beautiful, unique, a real gem. it was spacious and comfortable, and I kept admiring the views from every room to the beautiful Aukland. Then we discovered that the place is 2-7 min away from two lively beaches with playgrounds, cafes, gelato shops. A short drive along the coastline - and you are downtown, which is surprisingly easy to navigate, busy with activities, and with charming architecture. Our hosts were so friendly, responsive and helpful that we felt safe and right at home, even though we were in a new country, with three kids and a baby. our whole hearted thank you, Greg and Maria.

Just had an amazing stay at this fabulous house! The pool was a total highlight—we spent hours lounging and having fun. House is conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The place is super stylish and comfortable, with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend it!

The cabin is in the back yard of a private property in a quiet residential area. As the description says, it is cosy but has all you need for a long weekend in Auckland for two people (I stayed with my teenage daughter). The cabin itself as well as the fittings and furniture are not new but in good condition. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing simple meals, there is an oven with two hot plates, an air fryer (I've never used one so didn't want to experiment with that one either), toaster, kettle and a fridge. No WiFi though (not mentioned in the ad so that was ok). The front gate was locked when we arrived (the code was missing from the info we received) but that was resolved by a quick phone call. Mel was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We could park inside the locked gate but there's also plenty of off street parking and the neighbourhood feels very safe.

Abi's home is a period style gem in a great neighbourhood. It is a particularly stylish house that also manages to hit that sweet spot of a very being comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the living space is great, especially with the doors rolled back to make use of the outdoor deck. Being summertime in NZ, we took full advantage of the swimming pool, spending hours at a time chilling out there. The neighbourhood is perfectly located, with a supermarket and very appealing cafes and parks just a block away. Even better, it is only a 10 minute walk to the high street in Ponsonby where everything you could want is located in terms of shops, bars & restaurants. The kitchen is great and really well set up with everything you would need to cook a big family dinner which is exactly what we enjoyed. Abi was very gracious in all of her communications with us, being very flexible to our travel arrangements. This is the perfect stay in Auckland, with everything you need to either stay in and enjoy the space or get out and stuck into the cafe culture of Auckland.
