The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

This accommodation is perfect for an enjoyable stay in Hamburg as either family, friends, couples or business partners. From here you can quickly reach the city and the airport, or take just a few steps through the garden gate to be on one of Hamburg’s most beautiful walking trails. Artists' House Norderstedt/Hamburg

The versatile Norderstedt artist Gisela Lange lived and worked from 1962 to 2024 in the semi-detached house from 1962 behind tall oaks with its typical kitchen and interior design. Her whole love was for the garden, which was repeatedly redesigned. Many of her works are in the house. From the front door 50 m to the bus stop, one hour to Hamburg's city center. In the surrounding area, partly within walking distance, there are various nature reserves, especially with moor and heath landscapes.
