Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.

It impresses not only with its high-quality amenities, but also with its central location in Detmerode. In a few minutes you can reach the city center of Wolfsburg as well as the Volkswagen factory by car or bus. The idyllic forest is on your doorstep and invites you to take walks through the quiet neighborhood.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
