Nina's Cottage - Southwold

Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

This charming recently modernised two bedroom end-terrace holiday cottage in the centre of the village conservation area sleeps up to four guests. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

The Dairy at Bortons Farm is a self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the farmhouse. 15 minutes drive from Southwold, it offers a peaceful rural location but near to the beautiful beaches of Southwold and the busy market town of Beccles. We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed and secure garden. Due to the authentic nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm with its Suffolk brick flooring.

The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.
