Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
