Nice and complete house in a quiet area with lovely and sunny garden. The peace seekers can explore the beautiful nature during a walk or MTB trek (by ebike). For entertainment, winterberg is within a 10 minute car ride. Susanne is very hospitable and helpful.

We stayed at Anita's place for the second time. Like two years ago, it was very clean. The space complies with the descriptions. The sauna works great and warms up relatively quickly. The area is also great, there are a lot of nice activities. We missed the no longer existing hot tub (which was clearly not included in photos or description), but otherwise everything was great. The accommodation is extremely high quality. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend it. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

Karin was very quick to respond to messages and was extremely helpful. The house was beautiful, warm, had more than enough space for eight people and was equipped with all the utensils imaginable. The coin-operated machine in the sauna sometimes didn't work, but the problem then solved itself. There are several beautiful hiking trails in the area and a beautiful small lake (swimming there is prohibited, however). Overall, I can safely say that we would be back.

Great beautifully renovated accommodation, really well equipped for families with children, great location with great playground next door and cowshed around the corner, where the children could run to themselves. We were there with two families with a total of 5 small children. Super lovely hostess, who provided us with extra bed linen and chairs and always responds quickly to messages. Thank you Carolin!

We were in this beautiful holiday home for an extended weekend with 13 people. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super happy and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The Bach was a particular highlight. We will be happy to come back.

As if you were coming to your own vacation home! Lovable and prompt contact with the landlords, extremely cozy and equipped with everything you can think of, opportunities to buy food/wood at extremely fair prices. We hiked directly from the house to Lake Edersee, etc., quaint forests with oaks and beeches, great! In the morning, a sunrise over the green hills in swaths of fog, which can be seen from bed. The large, well-divided site with fireplace and good forest sauna, swing etc. offered more than we could use in the short time! We will be back! Thank you Martina & Michael!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Eder, which we discovered for ourselves from the beautiful apartment. With a view of the lake, you will be insanely slowed down and calm. We liked the room and the region very much and we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this great place! 🏡 The apartment was very cozy, clean and lovingly furnished – you immediately feel at home. The contact with the hosts was super friendly, uncomplicated and warm – thank you very much! 😊 We were particularly pleased that pets are allowed. That was also the reason why we chose this accommodation - and we were not disappointed! Our four-legged friend also felt completely comfortable. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful and perfect for relaxing or for excursions. We will be happy to come back! 🌟

We spent 5 days in this beautiful apartment with three moms and three children ages 2, 3 and 6. We had a great time and we didn't miss anything. The apartment is super well equipped (bed linen, towels etc. great, games, books, super many kitchen and household items, spacious rooms, great living / dining area, beautiful balcony with great views and sunset, 2 sparkling clean bathrooms, travel cot, outage protection, children's high chairs, parking space, garage, ...). What you might need to know with children: the two attic windows cannot be 100% darkened, but have shutters. There is a lot to do with children in the area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment is nicely furnished, there is everything you need. There are plenty of options to store your belongings in both bedrooms and in the bathroom. In the kitchen, we lacked a bit of space in the cupboard for food, so the sideboard had to do. But it wasn't a problem. There is a lot of dishes and everything else you need. We had a lovely stay.

Great for a short trip and Lisa was always available and very helpful, as we had a car breakdown we had to stay a few hours longer, thanks to Lisa no problem thank you

Our stay in Tina's apartment was exactly as we had imagined, we were very satisfied and felt comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and perfect for short stays. Tina is very nice, helpful and quick to reach.

Fantastic apartment in a great environment. We spent 2 nights here with our two children (3 and 8) and explored Fritzlar, the National Park and Kassel Wilhelmshöhe from there. The children especially liked the playground right next to the house and Wolfgang and Simone are great hosts! The old rectory is beautiful! We will be happy to come back.

We loved the apartment. We felt right at home. The bedding was cuddly and smelled fresh. The box spring bed is super comfortable, as is the sleeping couch in the living room. Towels and toilet paper were sufficiently available. Also coffee, spices, oils ect in the kitchen. We particularly liked the small garden and the tranquility in the surrounding area. Shopping facilities are sufficiently available in the town. In a few minutes you are at Lake Edersee. Thank you Licinio for the wonderful stay!

We had a nice short break in Ottlar. The children were thrilled with the apartment and the extras for the children. Toniebox, home cinema and Lego were loved and the great new playground across the street was also great for our three (1, 3, 6 years). It was great that everything else was there for the children, so that we didn't have to carry so much. And if there was any ambiguity, Sebastian was very easy to reach. Thank you for the wonderful time out, which was as relaxed as it can be with 3 small children.

We stayed at this wonderful Airbnb for the second time and relaxed nicely, enjoyed the view of Hercules, were happy about the loving address of the hostess, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen and slept very well. We'll be back for sure! Kassel is a great city! And the apartment invites you to linger.

We stayed at Merle's cottage for 2 nights due to a wedding we had there. The cottage is very nicely located right in the center but still quiet. It is very cozy, tasteful and very clean. Sufficient parking space in the neighbourhood.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful setting. She is very clean and we didn't miss anything for such a stay. Shopping facilities can be reached quickly by car and the opportunities for the children are sufficient. The Spielberg has been the reason for our stay, this is great and if the weather thinks it is necessary, you have swimming pools right nearby.

It was fine to stay. Nice bathroom and the rest was also completely fine. Quick and neat, we were quite late with booking but it was all no problem. Very quickly and kindly helped. Thank you
