Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

A spacious apartment awaits you on the lower ground floor. Very quiet location near the S-Bahn (10-minute walk). From here you can reach Stuttgart city center, the exhibition grounds and the airport. From the living room you come to your own small terrace in the garden. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space.
