Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. Charming and cozy cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small and cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The house has a kitchen and a small bathroom 1.8m². The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob and an oven. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Constance can be reached in 10 minutes.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei.
