Dome holiday rentals in Wales

Really nice stay, when we arrived I remember thinking oh no there’s no electricity in the tents BUT after a BBQ and getting warm by the log burner when those stars come out you don’t need technology it was a beautiful memorable stay.

Beautiful spot in a beautiful location. The dome was clean and tidy, owners were lovely and helpful and overall was a perfect weekend. A couple of amenities listed weren’t there and the bed was two singles pushed together which were a little annoying but didn’t impact the quality of our stay. Weather was cold and wet the whole weekend but we again, that didn’t impact our stay at all, between the hot tub and log burner, we stayed warm and cozy. Already planning our next trip 😊

Clean and peaceful accommodation with lots of friendly chickens and two adorable goats. Close to nice hiking routes around Snowdonia. We asked the host for a barbecue for dinner the next evening, they replied promptly, and the barbecue was in front of our dome ready for dinner the next day when we arrived back at the farm. We definitely recommend this place!

A Unique & Peaceful Escape Our stay in a tipi/yurt in Wales was magical! Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect mix of rustic charm with a lot of wooden structures and comfort. Despite downpours and strong winds the Tipi kept us feeling cozy and dry. Unwinding by the fire made it truly special. We also got to know the host and some of her life experiences. We will recommend for a unique getaway!

My partner and I had such an amazing weekend from the get go. Nici made us feel really welcome and made it clear she was available to help us when/if we needed it. The dome was perfect. It was just the right size, the bed was super comfy and clean and the private kitchen area and campfire was a great bonus, providing everything you needed and a perfect view too! The private locked bathroom was such a good idea. It was really clean, towels, toilet roll and hand soap were provided and the fact you could lock your door meant we could keep all our toilettries down there without having to move them back and fourth. The breakfast in the morning was the perfect meal to start the day off, we were always greeted with a smile! The location was great! It wasn't far from the town, and we brought our own paddleboards and were able to get to the river right from Nici's back garden. We will 100% return in the future, and would recommend it to anyone interested!

Beautiful, very special place set is gorgeous Ceredigion countryside. Lots of gorgeous touches throughout. The bathroom area, built around a tree is amazing. Plus... you get your very own private bathroom! So well thought out. There are some domes that I saw overlooking the river... I think... couldn't quite see. These would be especially 'special'.... so do check before booking if you'd like a river view. Although mine was also lovely, situated overlooking the fields with a sunset view. Nici was very responsive to any requests I made, and the resident cowboy, Ed, cooks and serves up a wonderful breakfast! A special place to unwind and recharge.

Great place, loved it here. Even with other people around it still feels like you have your own space to disconnect from the world if that’s what you want. Some beautiful places nearby within 20mins of driving.

We stayed here over the weekend, location was beautiful and the area was peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing weekend!

Lovely last minute getaway, just what we needed. Host's couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Children had the run of the forest, we enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the campfire and relaxing in the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back again! The dome itself is beautiful and everything is very well thought of inside for a comfortable stay, with stunning surroundings. Vicky and Adam were very polite and helpful host!

Beautiful peaceful surroundings, responsive host, there was an issue but the host kindly offered a suitable solution. We stayed on 28th December so I was worried about being cold at night but after a couple of hours the tent was warm and we did have a lovely cosy night's sleep :) how wonderful to sleep beside the trees and under the sky. The kitchen was well stocked and they left us little stockings filled with treats for Christmas which was a lovely touch. Lots of thoughtful touches and everything you need to make your stay comfortable has been thought of. We hope to come again.

We had a lovely time staying in the Oak dome. The facilities were perfect. The site is amazing, and the re-wilding is really impressive. Our daughter also loved the space and sheep feeding. Our trip was too short, we will be back!

Me and my fiancé had the most amazing time! We went for his 30th birthday and I paid for the occasions package and the dome was beautifully decorated when we arrived! I messaged the host before arriving for recommendations for a restaurant for dinner and she was quick to respond and gave me a variety of locations! We stayed in the Sunrise Dome and didn’t want to leave! The dome was amazing, with a hot tub and outside projector that we used daily! We booked on the animal tour and got to feed all the animals. Ryan was lovely and knew a lot about the animals and the area. We also ordered a number of additional items (the pizza making kit and extra fire logs) and got quick responses with deliveries to our door! We are already planning our trip back!

We had such a gorgeous time at Sinead and Tom’s site. We had the place to ourselves and the site is absolutely beautiful with amazing views. Sinead and Tom gave us a tour of the site and were very helpful, friendly and informative. We stayed in the largest dome which was beautiful and very roomy, with the little compost loo right next door for midnight loo breaks! We also had access to our own private shower and toilet room a little walk away from the dome, which was very clean and a lovely, powerful hot shower. Sinead and Tom were very easy to communicate with when we needed extra wood/lighter for the wood burner and in planning an evening outdoor bath for me which was heaven and perfectly private. A short drive to Cardigan and other lovely spots for beaches, shopping and food. A really perfect place to get some real peace and quiet but also close enough to everything you might need. We had a brilliant time and would love to return one day.

We had a lovely stay with Sinead. The place is wonderful and relaxing and, as hosts, Sinead and Tom were wonderful - really friendly and responsive. We were all so warm and comfortable in the dome and site was a lovely, peaceful place to wake up in. We loved the local beaches and there is so much to see and explore in the area. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place as a great place to stay and relax and a fantastic base from which to explore this amazing part of Wales.

Honestly such a fantastic stay Helens communication was extremely good and so helpful and the place was really clean when we arrived they were so friendly and helpful especially with getting stuff from the shop to make our stay really warm I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that’s looking if you want a friendly and peaceful retreat !!! 5 starts

we had a perfect time at the little retreat! the dome is so spacious and cosy, kitchen has everything you need, bathroom very clean, hot tub amazing. the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful could hear woodpeckers from bed in the morning. a nice circular walk with a pub. easy to find.

Accommodation is excellent- very well resourced and superbly clean. Tents/domes do get cold in the evenings so bring some thick layers. Location was absolutely perfect- 6 minutes away from Manor Wildlife Park and the Dinosaur park and not that much further for Tenby and Saundersfoot. Gill was a great host and provided us with a travel cot when ours broke. Very helpful and laid back. We definitely intend to return!

We had great fun at Kylie's place. The location is so peaceful and very close to local beaches. Kylie and Jill were very welcoming and checked in on us from time to time. We would definitely recommend!
