Beautiful chalet with even better views - perfect for a calm and peaceful get away from the city, near hiking trails and 7 min from town for restaurants, had a great weekend and hope to be back soon

Older home but it was easy for us to fine using the GPS. Had a well-stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pans and even baking items. Beautiful yard with lots of plants and shrubs we enjoyed watching the birds in the early mornings. For us the price range and the fact we needed 4 beds helped us make a decision and location to a family relative. Also it had a great washing machine and dryer which again was a important factor for us. It is a older home but served our needs. The one bathroom has a slightly smaller shower for someone of a bigger size it might be a little tight but still useable.

Incredible space and we had it to ourselves. I wondered if there had been another family in the unit next door, how quiet it might have been. I would recommend leaving a broom and dustpan so that the guests can sweep up after they depart and during their visit as crumbs and other detritus ends up on the floor and no good way to pick up after oneself. Views are spectacular and we had our binoculars to catch the birds and other wildlife that uses the lake as their home. Easy walk to the convenience store on the corner of Rt 52 and Weeds Road. Very sweet spot. We used our computer to watch a couple of shows, as it was not easy to navigate the smart TV, but we did not choose the spot to watch the tele, so no big deal for us. Overall, great place and I would stay again. Cheers!

Had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed it very much. Julie was a great host and the home was just as described. I would definitely consider staying there again.
