Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Schlafplatz dank Schlafsofa mit Topper und einem großen, gemütlichen Schlafzimmer im Maisonette Stil im Untergeschoss mit zwei weiteren Doppelbetten sorgen für einen erholsamen Urlaub für die ganze Familie. Abgerundet wird die Wohnung durch ein Bad mit Badewanne und einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche.

Unsere gmiatliche Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Es gibt eine vollausgestattete Küche mit einer integrierten Sitzecke, ein Bad mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch. Zudem hat die Ferienwohnung zwei wunderbare Balkone, wo man die Berge bestaunen kann. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Ladesäulen für Elektrofahrzeuge sind am Anfang der Straße. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden von uns gestellt.
