If you're traveling to Belgium, I highly suggest Veronique's cottage! The 5 minute walk to the Rhode-St-Genese train station is no exaggeration; we were able to take day trips to Antwerp, Gent, Leuven, Brussels (almost daily, only 20 minutes) and Namur from this location, and the train rides were at most 1.5 hours. The cottage itself is just like the photos, and it amazed us how peaceful it was while being in a suburban area. For comparison, our home is located in rural central US, and sleeping in this AirBnB was more peaceful (haven't slept this well in a while!). Veronique was very accommodating and had great restaurant and sight-seeing locations for both near the cottage as well as throughout Belgium, and even offered to pickup any groceries we might have needed. There was more than enough space for two of us, including bicycles that we brought indoors at night. This trip was amazing, I'm happy to be home, but was sad to leave. Nous sommes restés 5 mois pour un erasmus chez Hélène. Tout s’est bien passé, et chaque fois qu’on avait à communiquer, Hélène était très réactive, répondait vite, et nous aidait. Je recommande cet hôte et ce logement, je ferais le même choix à nouveau.

Laurent est très sympathique. L'accueil a été au top. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux. L'escalier est effectivement très raide mais cela est précisé dans l'annonce. Il y avait toujours de la place pour garer la voiture devant la maison. Je recommande si vous voulez visiter Bruxelles qui est à 20mn en train.

El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila de Louvain-la-Neuve, cerca del lago y perfecto para relajar y desconectar tras trabajar en la universidad o cualquier cosa. La terraza es muy agradable y fue una estancia maravillosa para poder disfrutar de la calma y avanzar en mis investigaciones académicas.

Un passage express chez Anouk , lors d'un événement familiale. Que dire à part , merci. tout était parfait, logement soigné, propre, literie qui sentait encore bon la lessive. Anouk est une hôte attentionnée et disponible. nous gardons l'adresse si jamais nous revenons en Belgique.

Très chouette logement, très bien équipé et literie très confortable ! Bel espace extérieur également, avec de nombreux jeux disponibles pour les enfants. Et les toutous sont très gentils 😊 Seuls 2 tous petits bémols : l'occultation de la chambre n'est pas totale, donc ça peut gêner pour ceux qui aiment dormir dans le noir complet. Et la chambre avec lits superposés ne possède pas de séparation (porte ou rideau) dans l'encadrement. Mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un super séjour, et les hôtes sont très gentils et attentionnés ! Merci pour tout, on reviendra avec plaisir !

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. Hôte très accueillante et sympathique ! A été à l’écoute pour toute demande et besoin. Un logement impeccable, outils, matériel, tout était disponible et sur place. Malgré que nous entendons bien les voiture passant principalement dans la première chambre et un peu moins dans la deuxième, pour une court séjour cela ne pose aucun problème. Je recommande fortement ce logement avec son petit jardin extérieur très agréable.
