Private Apartment at the Q Corral

Welcome to the Q-Corral, located in the heart of wine country! We are located within a short drive of 5 wineries and can arrange tours to any others you wish to visit. Our apartment is a 1BD 1BA with a full kitchen, spacious deck, and private entrance. There is also an 220W EV charger upon request. During your stay, we welcome you to experience the "farm life" and interact with the many animals we have on the property. This can include collecting your own eggs for breakfast from our chickens!

Theater Themed House w/ Hottub

Guest home located above the detached garage further back on our property. It sits on an acre where guests are free to use the yard, fire pit, barbecue & play equipment. The main home is also an Airbnb with only yard shared. It is a studio apartment with a private entrance to the property. The living and sleeping area, as well as the kitchen are all connected. Great walk in shower as well as full size deck for your relaxation and watching the beautiful sunsets we have here in the Tri-Cities.

Urban Studio King Bed

This unit is under new management and has been recently updated with a king bed. This listing has had some issues because of poor management in the past, these have been resolved with the new management. It is in the heart of West Richland. Just a couple of blocks away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, parks, the Yakima River, West Richland Golf Course, and so much more. Centrally located, just minutes from most Tri-Cities attractions, the Convention Center, hospitals, the airport, and major local employers.

While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

This "barndo" is an attractive option for those who desire convenience and rustic charm.
