The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. First time doing an Airbnb (on my own account) and everything went smoothly. House was as described, plenty of parking, right in the middle of town so could walk to everything. We were down for the golf and it's a perfect spot for that. Brilliantly hosted, thanks very much.

We often return to Deal and are used to compromising on one or two aspects to have such a wonderful location. There was no compromise here. The sun room to the lovely walled garden was a particular treat.

Fantastic house in a brilliant location, everything walkable including the station if you are arriving by rail. Pippa is extremely accommodating, responding to a query in minutes, but really everything you need to know about the house and area is in the substantial info pack. Absolutely recommend!

We booked the house to stay for the weekend for a family wedding nearby. Perfectly placed and close enough to walk to the town for coffee and walk the dogs along the seafront. Comfy beds and loads of space for 5 of us. Had an issue with the shower but Vicky responded immediately and it was sorted out.

Absolutely great place,it does look 100% way better then what you see in pictures Literally you can get there the most peaceful getaway ,we already recommended this place to friends and we will definitely use this place again Worth for the price 100%.

Larissa was really accommodating and had great communication in the lead up to our stay. The barn and surrounding area were lovely. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was great! Very comfortable bed and a great night sleep, despite the heatwave temperatures which were outside of anyone’s control! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in or around the area.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

Julie is an ideal host, very friendly and responsive. The static caravan is very well equipped with a kitchen, 2 toilets, one with shower, and a sizeable lounge /dining area. Would book again. David Maxwell

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

What can I say. Other than simply perfect. Natalie and Peter went truly above and beyond. The place was decorated so nicely for my 30th birthday. Everywhere was clean, and simply breath taking. Nothing was too much, I even had a blister and Natalie went and got me some plasters. The yurt is stunning, the little Annex you get with it was so lovely just to chill and watch tv in. The outdoor bath was perfect to sit and chill and look up at the stars. I’ve never experienced an air BnB like I did this weekend, it was one of a kind. I definitely will be going back! X

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

Angela’s van was the perfect getaway for us and our two young children - everything was exactly as described and the van was well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The site the van is on is clean, tidy and has great amenities for families. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed overnight on our way to France. Getting to Dover from there was easy. Steve was a great host. He advised us on places to go and even offered to drive us to the pub. The place was clean and sufficient for our needs. I would recommend with no hesitation.

Great location on the front and great sea views and a comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Anita was very friendly and helpful at check-in and left biscuits, milk and other bits and pieces for us to settle in. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to spend a couple of nights.

James was a great host, incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to queries. wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The House was perfect for a relaxing weekend of family time. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the equipment we needed for a large family that enjoys cooking, eating, and drinking well. We felt right at home and had a very special, relaxing and fun few days.

Great stay, Victoria left some very generous provisions which were much appreciated. Wonderful location, 2mins to the beach and 15mins walk into the centre of Deal. The house was gorgeous and very thoughtfully decorated. My kids (5&7) and I loved it.

We enjoyed 3 nights here and found it very clean, with a lovely garden and had everything you need plus the bonus of a secure off street parking space. Just a few minutes walk to a fabulous coastal path taking you into Deal with plenty going on. We had a fabulous meal in The Rose hotel which allows dogs and it is also worth a trip to the Zealand Arms for a lunch on the beach.

I wish I could have stayed so much longer. I love Jill and James' place. Perfectly furnished and equipped. I did so much i.e. walked along the coast from Kingsdown to Walmer and Deal and today walked to St Margaret's Cliffe. That is only with 2 nights. Very peaceful. James and Jill are so accommodating and very friendly, always ready to help or recommend what to do and which way to go. I hope I can return and stay longer.
