Holiday rentals with a pool in Walnut

Jum & Deb were amazing hosts. Tried to accommodate my family outside of what was listed. Very responsive and the first Airbnb that I felt was actually clean!! We will be back

This was a beautiful house and pool was a bonus. It felt like home. Quiet area. Stores conveniently located.

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Jins property was amazing . The house the pool the landscaping, everything was just what you would want for a relaxing vacation. Jin was a gracious host and went above and beyond with perfect attention to every detail . He loves what he is doing & it shows. Thanks Jin

Wonderful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is clean and well appointed and the host is very communicative. We enjoyed the pool and there were restaurants, stores, and hiking trails closeby. We would happily come back!

Very practical accommodations, kitchen had all the amenities and went above and beyond with small things that you dont think of until you need them. Was able to have a cup of coffee on arrival, family felt right at home and had ample space to play, unwind and make memories. Host always responded to messages and always on time

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Absolutely recommend this place! Amazing in so many ways: Fantastic location, fantastic amenities including swimming pool and great vantage point of the complex, sky and pool, great space, layout, and comfort, clean, safe, quiet, and walkable to many eateries. Lots of towels and toiletries and extra blankets. Very nice ambiance. Easy in and out. I stayed while visiting family but it felt like a nice vacation getaway. The host was incredibly communicative and cared about my questions. Very much appreciated that. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay! We are definitely going to return here next time we go to Disneyland! The location and size are an amazing value. We were so impressed with the extra amenities for our baby (pack and play, high chair, baby gates) and for ourselves (plenty of extra outlets/surge protectors, lots of towels including makeup cloths). The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean with everything was clearly labeled (light switches, wifi code, cabinet contents, etc.). We would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for proximity to Disneyland, good amenities, and great host communication.

This neat house with well appointed kitchen and nice pool was exactly what we needed for our Long Beach stay! Susan was super helpful.

The place was great and spacious. The pool was great. My kids loved it. We also loved how quiet the neighborhood is and peaceful. There was lots of food around as well. Very easy to get to the freeway. A few of the beds were a little firm and had a little trouble with one of the tvs in the bedroom. But other than that it was great. Thank you. Definitely would recommend for families with kids.

The house was beautiful. Very clean and cozy. Anthony and Janey are really accommodating and responsive. I would definitely book with them again.

Chantal's cottage is a little slice of paradise! I don't even know where to start - the cottage itself is absolutely stunning. It's a small place, but so elegant and charming with tremendous attention to detail. The linens and decor are high-quality and extremely comfortable, and the hospitality is beyond compare. Chantal greeted us personally and made sure we were comfortable. There was a beautiful hand-written note and some delicious fresh fruit and snacks to welcome us. The backyard is idyllic with a swimmable pool and jacuzzi, and the neighborhood is lovely - one of the neighbors even has a horse in her backyard (it's an equestrian-friendly area)! The amount of thought that has gone into ensuring the comfort of guests is not something I have seen in other Airbnbs. There's nowhere else we would rather stay if we are in LA again. Thank you, Chantal (and Theo the spaniel) for a truly delightful stay.

Lisa’s home was beautiful, clean, and quite comfortable. It’s located in a quiet area, but with lots to do and see very close by. She and her family were kind, polite, and responsive.

What an incredible place and host. We absolutely loved our stay in David’s oasis in the Hollywood hills. It’s a fantastic spot for exploring north LA and it’s even walking distance to several breathtaking hikes, a really nice cafe and the Hollywood Bowl. The Beachwood Bungalow is very cosy and extremely well appointed. David has gone to every effort to ensure guests feel at home, we couldn’t think of anything that was missing. The outdoor space was our highlight, there is a perfect pool to cool off in and then everything transforms at night into a magical setting where you can sit outside and enjoy the wonderful garden lightning and atmosphere away from the bustle of Hollywood. Parking is really easy, we never struggled getting a spot on the street right outside. David is really one of the best hosts out there and he was very generous to allow us to stay a little longer because of a late flight out of LAX, we really appreciated this. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Gina's house was a great place to host our friend getaway for a long weekend. We were in town for a wedding and 5 of us shared the house. Everything about the house matched how it was advertised, with the pool being the biggest highlight. In between our wedding plans, we spent virtually every waking minute at the pool and it was lovely. The backyard feels like your own little private getaway. There are privacy fences around the entire perimeter, but then additional shrubs/trees that make you feel even more confined in the space. We felt like we were totally alone back there and we really loved that. The place is walkable to a handful of coffee places/restaurants/etc, and only a 5-10 minute Uber ride to just about any place in Pasadena. Gina was helpful, responsive, proactive in reaching out/sending check-in instructions, etc. We had a great time and would stay again!!

Trevor’s home was perfect for 10 of us. The thoughtful touches, including jar of snacks and fresh coffee beans were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The kids (aged 8-18) enjoyed the game room and the pool. There is a Wii in the garage if you’d like to bring games. Many pool toys, board games, and outdoor games to keep the kids entertained. All TVs had live tv. Although you are close to Disney, you would have to walk to the back end/parking garage/downtown Disney. We opted to get dropped off. The cookware sets, kitchen and dinnerware were all of good quality. (Green Pans, Henckels knives). Communication was mostly outside of Airbnb app and with on call manager with any questions. Would definitely come back again! Thank you!
