Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

A large bedroom and dining room that starts the small kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with floor-level shower and plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage two streets away (Burgstraße 20) for about 20 euros per day.

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is suitable for 2 people, possibly with a child. It is 70 m², has a large bedroom with a 140 × 200 + 90 × 200 bed. The living room with kitchen is equipped with a TV, stereo, fireplace and dining table. The cooking area is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and washing machine

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

In our cozy apartment you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains. There is an activity for everyone in the holiday region. You can feel comfortable as a couple or as a family. On large living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00. In the bedroom (no window to the outside, but enough light) there are 3 beds. A bunk bed and a single bed. The new bathroom features a shower tub, as well as toillette and sinks.
