Newly built in 2017, we offer our guests a fully equipped kitchen with an electric convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker in refrigerator. The bathroom offers a large walk in shower with a rain shower head, and the bedroom has a King size bed. You are a 15 minute ride to Hilton Head.

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. We are located on Lady's Island, SC which is a 20 minute drive to Hunting Island Beach, Parris Island, and MCAS, as well as Historic Downtown Beaufort.The apartment is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood.
