My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Only 2 miles to Keuka Lake and 15 min to Seneca Lake. Close to many wineries/breweries. Comfortable queen bed in its own bedroom, also two twin beds. WiFi and TV w/Roku. Deck off the main entrance. Close to Hammondsport, Watkins Glen, and Corning. Located directly behind owners residence. Lake access for fishing/kayaking.

Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.
