Bedding configuration consists of 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk beds makes it comfortable sleeping for 10 people. Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen or use the large outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun or get a cinematic feel or play some pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided. Please note a damage deposit of $500 is due when booking

Delightful Beach retreat for you to relax just, one hour south of Perth. It has 4 double bedrooms which easily sleeps 8 adults and more if you utilise the sofa bed. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Multiple areas where you can relax and unwind. Front porch to watch the kangaroos at night or rear entertainment deck with BBQ and undercover area at rear. Our Family Holiday home, not a new hotel, but we love it! 6 min walk to the beach. Please note we do not accept Schoolies bookings.

Wow this house was amazingly beautiful in a peaceful part of the outskirts of Mandurah right on the estuary with views from all 3 levels and easy access to the water/fishing/crabbing/boating. Well equipped and a lot bigger than expected it comfortably fit a large family of three generations and great for all ages. Elle and Brett responded quickly and were flexible with check in/out and generous with water equipment, games and toys. We felt so at home we didn’t want to leave the comfort and the views!!

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb for a family getaway, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a beautifully clean space. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was a big plus for our family. We loved the cozy living room, where we spent evenings playing games and watching movies together. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we all appreciated the extra touches like fresh linens and towels. One of our favorite features was the outdoor space. The backyard was a delightful surprise, complete with a patio and a grill. Overall this Airbnb provided the perfect home base for our family. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.

A truly phenomenal retreat. Paula and Mervyn are wonderful hosts and have created an absolute gem of a cabin on the hills overlooking the country and out to the sea. The cabin was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you could think of. Standout highlights of the trip were watching the stars by the fire pit, meeting the cows and the incredible breakfast Paula served up on our last day. We’ll be back!

Sally made us feel very welcome at her abode and the list of instructions provided were very helpful. The abode was very clean and well set up for a family of five. My son loved being able to walk out the door with a fishing rod in hand and catch fish off the beach. We loved the view, particularly from the luxe balcony and how peaceful the location was. We enjoyed several lovely walks nearby and proximity to places to eat and play. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We had a lovely stay at Gypsie's airbnb. Location was perfect as we had events to attend to in Mandurah and Falcon was close by. The airbnb is in walking distance from the beach and it was nice to go down for sunsets with a glass of wine and walk back. We would definitely stay there again if we come back.
