Welcome to our dollhouse! The apartment covers 35 sqm and has a ceiling height of 2 meters, so is rather less suitable for tall people. In addition, it has a furnished terrace to enjoy the balmy summer nights. Rommelsbach is a quiet suburb of Reutlingen. With the city bus you are quickly in the city center (about 10 minutes). But you can not only shop in Reutlingen, but also in the neighboring town until the credit card glows: The "Outlet City" Metzingen can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The Swabian Alb biosphere area also invites you to enjoy hiking and nature. We ourselves are an open, nice family with two children, are always ready to give information about the area and also like to have a chat.

Tübingen ist eine Universitätsstadt, deshalb ist unser Haus im Schönblick eigentlich ein Studentenhaus. Hier wohnen über zwei Etagen Studenten in Wohngemeinschaften, im EG die Gastgeber. Die Souterrainwohnung ist eine hochwertig ausgestattete, helle und gemütlich eingerichtete 1-Zi Wohnung mit 36qm, großzügigem Bad und einer neuen, voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche. Vom Flur der FeWo gehen die Türen zu den Kellerräumen/Heizungsanlage ab. Der Flur darf deshalb nicht abgeschlossen werden.

Our lovingly designed apartment is part of our house built in 2016. The entrance is separate and leads through a beautifully planted atrium. The living climate is very warm and cozy thanks to the many wooden furniture and the real wood parquet. Mood lighting and underfloor heating invite you to relax and feel comfortable. The apartment is optimized for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 2 more people on the sofa if necessary.
