Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

We had such a great stay and would totally come back! The place looks just like the photos, super clean and had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to bathroom essentials and a washer and dryer. The location was perfect, nice and quiet but still an easy walk to Bourbon Street and all the fun around town. There were so many cool spots to eat, grab coffee, or get a drink nearby. We felt safe the whole time and would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Roami was everything we expected. The host was super responsive to any concerns or questions I had. We arrived a little later than expected and I was concerned about safety, but the area is fairly safe and we were comfortable unloading our bags and walking from the parking garage to the bnb. Super convenient location as it is only a couple blocks from bourbon street and a lot of other tourist locations. Overall, great place and we are looking forward to coming back in the future!

Loved this place. Great location outside of the French Quarter while being a quick Uber ride or bus ride there. The neighborhood has several places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even a short walk to hear live music. The place was just as described and shown online. Modern and cozy. Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for my needs when in NOLA. Located close to the French Quarter but with less noise. Nice appliances and comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

Three blocks away from Bourbon Street, walking distance to great restaurants, trolley, and French Quarters. One of the trolley route is located directly in front of the buildings. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend location.

Cool place just far enough away from the noise of Canal and Bourbon but close to walk. Stephanie was very helpful especially with communication issues on my end.

The stay at Roami was exactly what my trip needed. Very central to a lot of locations and was happy that I can speak with agents if assistance was needed like when I needed early check in and storage for luggage at the end of the trip. Great place to stay if your visiting.

The space was great, exactly as promised. Location is absolutely perfect to experience the French Quarter. Walking distance to street car and bus lines for easy transportation to other places in the city. The space was very clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. One bedroom is street side and can be a bit loud at times but the other room is secluded in the interior and was plenty quiet to rest up. It is a heavy nightlife area so asking for total silence is not realistic, but for the location it was much quieter than we were expecting. Overall a great stay as long as you understand your location and the reality of the area being very busy and pretty loud. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking to experience bourbon street and the surrounding area.

My wife & I stayed at Brad & Ben's loft in downtown New Orleans for a couple of nights while in town for a family wedding. Loved it! Great location near the French Quarter and other local destinations. The loft is very nice, clean and most importantly - great beds & sheets! When in this kind of location and being out & about, that's really the most important thing to get recharged. Very nicely appointed and clean, zero complaints. Brad's communications and instructions were very clear and well organized, making everything simple. Much appreciated and would definitely stay here again.

10/10 Highly Recommend ! This was my boyfriend’s and I second time staying here. Everything is as pictured and the hosts are very responsive. I’m already thinking about coming back the end of June. Thanks for everything and providing a home away from home.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for future trips, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Airbnb experience.

Very convenient location and very safe, walkable neighborhood. Located above a bakery, and on the same block as a tapas restaurant and the best ice cream spot in New Orleans. We’re moving cross country so it wasn’t ideal carrying a lot of heavy luggage up the stairs, but if we were traveling light like we normally do, it would be no big deal. Lots of natural light in the apartment and cozy decor. Our host was friendly and very responsive! And our favorite thing about this place was the location! Thank you!

Really nice condo and building with great security. You need a code to enter the building, and a code for your condo; plus if you purchase parking, need another code for access from the garage. The only thing that was a bit misleading was that the condo photos showed a terrace, and it’s not listed that it is a rooftop terrace on the top floor for everyone to use. When you look at the photos, they are taken from a corner angle, and the doors leading to the terrace are in the middle. It also only shows one table and chairs, and appears to be a private terrace; that comes with the condo rental. Just want future renters to be aware that it is accessible from a separate elevator (next to the main elevators) that take guests to their respective floors. Other than that, the condo is beautifully furnished, about a 15 minute walk to the French Quarter and more in the downtown area of New Orleans. It is exactly like the photos. We really enjoyed our stay!

A wonderful stay at Ryan's place! The home was perfect for me and my family of 5. The home was clean, nicely decorated and updated. Located just off a great section of Magazine Street, it was easy to enjoy the restaurants, galleries and shops - all within walking distance. Ryan and his team were very responsive with my questions/requests and made our stay very enjoyable!

Didn’t see the host but i didn’t need to! Jay was clear with communication and everything went smooth. Even asked for a late check out and they were able to do it for free!!

Charm of New Orleans with enough space for a large group! We rented the (6) bed home and had more than enough space for our group of (10). Nestled a short ride (10) mins from Canal & Bourbon streets, and in walking distance to several other attractions, this home is a wonderful way to rest comfortably and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Big Easy! I’m appreciative of Ben & co - host being so responsive and addressing any questions and comments we had! Definitely recommend this home when you’re visiting New Orleans!

My friend and I were in town for Jazz Fest and found Brenna and Nick’s place to be situated in an ideal location. 30 minute walk to the Fairgrounds and other ideal locations. The place was accurately described, near a new greenway. Brenna and Nick were very responsive when we had a question or issue. A few drawbacks would be how noisy the ACs were and the lack of light in the bedrooms (the back room only had a crawl space) but otherwise a pleasant stay. Very comfortable for a short stay in the city.

This place was super spacious an nice an clean I loved the outside sitting area as well as the carport.

Absolutely loved Genevieve’s place. She was so responsive, the neighborhood was quiet and close to everything, and we felt so welcomed. We’ll be back!

We came down for my daughter's graduation from Tulane. The apartment was perfectly located, near my daughter and Tulane. The next street over is Oak Street that has great restaurants and stores. But the street the apt was on was nice and quiet. The apartment was immaculate and spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice big kitchen and living room/dining room. There is a supermarket around the corner. And it was well air conditioned. He provided snacks and coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Donny and this apartment to anyone looking to stay Uptown in NOLA!! Lorraine
