The 100 sqm house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen. It is about 150 m to the beach with sunbathing lawn. Opposite the property is a petting zoo and a riding facility. Bicycles, boats or canoes can be rented very close by. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance. On the lake side, the property is bordered by the idyllic bike and shore path around Lake Plau.

Das Strandnest liegt in erster Reihe am Sandstrand des Fleesensees. Familien mit Kindern schätzen die Kletterlandschaft und Wasserspielplatz vor der Tür. Paare und Senioren genießen die Wander-, und Wassersportmöglichkeiten, Golfplätze und Radwege in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bootsverleih, Wassersportschule (Surfen, SUP, Kajak) sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Für Kinder ist im Haus einiges an Spielzeug und Buddelzeug vorhanden.

Sietow is a small village, which is located exactly in the city triangle of Röbel/Müritz, Waren(Müritz) and Malchow. Here you will find everything you need to feel good...beautiful beaches, extensive cycling network, a spa center with fitness center and a swimming pool nearby, a lot of opportunities for water sports and, of course, a lot of nature. The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 minute from the Waren city harbor. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. However, when the last step is completed, you will be rewarded with a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Waren city harbor. This is even more beautiful than in the photos! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern space just 150 meters from the swimming area on Schwarzer See. The spacious sauna, the fully equipped kitchen with, for example, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, the terrace, the two separate bedrooms with electric blinds leave nothing to be desired. Lake Schwarz can only be navigated with electric boats and the nearest shopping is in Mirow, 5 km away.

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to disconnect from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee, which invites you to swim or stand up paddle with its clear water. Or to beautiful bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg gives many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
