Beautiful barn. Honestly so beautifully decorated and styled. Sort of wasted on just me as there are multiple bedrooms. Really loved it. Great location

The Snug is the perfect term to describe it. It was perfect! Peaceful, quiet and completely private, with everything you could need. An absolute gem on the river. We also got a bonus of some lovely free flowers and to explore another property garden, as no guests were staying. I cannot reccomended enough for a nice quiet escape or peaceful romantic getaway. We will definitely return. 11/10

lovely cottage in a peaceful location, being only 15mins to Devizes, and within easy reach of lots of local attractions. My friend and I booked for 3 adults ensuring we had a bedroom and bathroom each. The shared garden is wonderful, ideal to sit out in on a warm evening.

Great stay, John brought an extra fan for us due to it being rather a warm day! Easy to access the house and comfortable beds. Fab shower. Lovely garden area to relax in. Thank you. Will stay again

We had a very agreeable stay. Good shower, comfortable bed, lots of space, and secure parking. A short walk to the canal and into the town, and lots of interesting places to visit a short drive away. We would like to stay here again.

Wow! What more can I say! This was such a delightful place and an absolute gem to find. Loved the decor, everything was so tastefully decorated and was absolutely right up our street; the cute private garden was one of our favourite spots. There's nothing negative to say, we wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Laura for hosting us, we would definitely stay here again and hopefully for a bit longer as it's such a good base for exploring whatever your taste might be. We were doing a nature trip this time round but hopefully next time we will get to see more of the fantastic coasts. ❤️

We loved staying at Emily’s place in Frome, it really stood out within the village yet it was so convenient to walk to nearby restaurants and particularly visiting Bath and Longleat as we had intended. If you message Emily beforehand, she has great recommendations on hand. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, in any season.

Laura's place is beautiful and the customer service from her was fantastic from booking to check-out. Such a lovely host who made the effort to add some personal touches as it was my partner's birthday. Super friendly welcome but really conscious of leaving you be during the stay! The accommodation itself is tucked at the bottom of her stunning garden, really private, very tranquil. Superb indoor and outdoor space. Easily walkable to Frome, which is also a fantastic little town! Was a beautiful stay and so would highly recommend.

This property is in such a beautiful village, that we never wanted to leave! The space is bright and airy, w/everything needed to be comfy. There’s a binder w/everything you need to know, plus info about the 2 local pubs & dining options, etc. (Thurs. night at the Catherine Wheel is a MUST!). You won’t find anything remotely touristy in the village, which is why we loved it so, but it’s perfectly situated for easy drives to Bath, the Cotswolds, Diddly Squat Farm & The Farmer’s Dog (for Top Gear/Jeremy Clarkson fans), and so much more! Check out Soho Farmhouse in Chipping Norton for a truly fantastic outing! The Goat Shed has a double gate behind which you and your vehicle are safe and secure (although there’s no need for concern of that in Marshfield!). A grass lawn awaits your pet or children to play in, with zero risk of danger or escape. These 2 ladies from Canada and the U.S highly recommend a stay here (just bring a face cloth, as that was the only thing missing)!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Narks place. From beginning to end couldn’t find any faults whatsoever. Beautiful apartment, beautiful furnishings, spotlessly clean. Good location. Just faultless !!! Definitely recommend to anyone . Thank you Mark and team.

Had an incredible stay in Henry’s place! Great location as it’s quiet but still near everything! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Henry was also so lovely and friendly to interact with! Would 100% recommend, and if I’m ever in bath again would definitely stay again! ☺️

Fantastic place to stay, very relaxing with an amazing picturesque view of bath from the French windows. Did not want to leave so will return as soon as we can!

We had a wonderful stay at Lara's place and felt very at home Lara replied to any questions straight away and sorted any issues promptly and efficiently. There's a beautiful garden at the back with a separate space for guests which we used regularly and a safe place to store our bicycles which I recommend taking if you have them as the canal is lovely for easy rides on that point we rode to Devizes for the Thursday market be warned there is a stall selling hams cheeses etc we bought two lovely looking pork pies from them when we got back to put them in the fridge I noticed that they were two days out of date so had to bin them 😢 otherwise had a lovely day. In the Devizes direction on the canal tow path is The Barge Inn about a 50 minute walk for a 67 years old like me very nice but all ways busy but just up the road is the Brewery Inn and the food is excellent looking it up on Google maps it looks small from the front but if the weather is good has a large beer garden at the back

Fantastic stay at Carol and Richard’s beautiful studio flat. It was perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Little extras in the fridge were very much appreciated. Would wholehearted recommend. We will be looking to book again next time we head to Bath.

Andre’s place was a fantastic place to stay and would recommend it for anyone looking to explore Bristol. It was private, quiet and as described and we had a great time.

Janie and her lovely accommodation. I can’t fault the stay. Janie was great at communicating the whole booking and stay. Gave an incredible array of food which wasn’t expected but a wonderful surprise, clean warm and welcoming would recommend to anyone

Fantastic location with an amazing view and easily walkable into Bath. Appreciated the modern apartment and guaranteed parking given the restrictions in Bath. As an EV owner the fact we could charge outside was a real added bonus.

A beautiful, well equipped apartment with very friendly hosts. Lovely position by the river and in a very peaceful setting. Would definitely recommend without a doubt!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jane Austen’s former home—charming, quirky, and full of character. The apartment is beautifully restored with a perfect mix of historic detail and modern comfort. From flagstone floors and Georgian panelling to surround sound and a rainfall shower, every space is thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the light-filled kitchen overlooking a rose-filled courtyard and the cozy, art-filled living spaces. The location is ideal, right across from the Holburne Museum and Sydney Gardens, and Maxwell was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and attentive. Sitting at the wooden desk, it was easy to channel your inner Austen, finding inspiration here. A peaceful, welcoming home that made us feel both transported and completely at ease.

Great location, just over Pulteney Bridge so nice and quiet at nighttime but very easy to walk over to the main attractions during the day. Lots of great restaurants etc. very close by too. The apartment itself is impressive! The scale is larger than the photos, all very spaced out with lots of room. The design is great and everything was spotless. The kitchen had amenities to be able to cook at home. Great window coverings to allow complete blockout at night, however also allowed through flow of air during the day. As advertised, it is upstairs, so something to note. We were made aware there were renovation works on the apartment upstairs, however they were all conducted in normal construction hours and we barely heard any noise. Overall, peaceful and so enjoyable, we would stay here again and highly recommend it.

I think this has to be one of my favourite Air BnBs! Sarah was wonderful (as was the adorable Summer) and to arrive after a long drive and find a little welcoming gesture of flapjacks was lovely. It is set back from the hustle of the city and just so beautifully presented; clean, tasteful and quiet, that you immediately relax. We loved to sit outside watching the evening draw in. The other thing we loved was that it smells divine! Sarah was very friendly and responsive, giving us some great advice on getting in and out of the city. The walk in is beautiful, and a bus is the best way to get back if you’re tired out (or there’s a heatwave!) There’s lots of wonderful places to eat and drink and the views are stunning. We hope to return to Bath again and see friends and more of the city and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Sarah, and it was lovely to meet you, Amanda & Grace xx
