Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Ländlich, sehr ruhig gelegen aber dennoch Zentral. Kurze Wege nach Wismar oder Schwerin. Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Badesee. Ein zauberhafter Spielplatz im Ort. Ab 8 Uhr könnt ihr bei Joanna,s Markt im Ort frische Brötchen/Zeitung kaufen. Lehne dich zurück und genieße diese ruhige, stilvolle Herberge!

Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Stylish, clean apartment near the city center & main station

The chic apartment is the ideal base for enjoying Rostock and the surrounding area. In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. The city harbor with its diverse gastronomic facilities is also within walking distance. At the main train station, which is only about a 5-minute walk away and has train connections to the Warnemünde, which is worth seeing, there is a bicycle rental (parking on the premises).

Old manor house with idyllic wooded park, very quiet. The estate offers plenty of space for nature lovers as well as families with children. Our hunter's apartment consists of an entrance room with a small kitchen, a living room and bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower. Playground in the park and rowboat on nearby swimming lake included. Horseback riding, cycling and canoeing in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults and up to one child.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
