House holiday rentals in Warrington

Loved the condo and location. Wished we discovered the cart room upon arrival (next to the elevator), but used one to leave.

There were just 2 of us on this trip, but plenty of room for extended family. We would stay again if in the area.

We booked this for a date night getaway and it delivered. The design of the house with the large windows was picturesque. The home is a great design with tall ceilings and natural light. It is what you look for in a stay away from your own home that is more of an experience.

nowadays when most airbnb can be a poop chute, this place is a refreshing 10/10! we would stay again and recommend others to stay, too! don't wait! book it!

We have stayed here twice. We love the location, the house and accommodations. It’s very peaceful on the bay with a great pool. Kenny is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

Beautiful home with tons of comfortable space for your family! Laura was very responsive and the location was perfect for our son’s wedding in downtown Pensacola! They are building a home next to this one but the workers and the new homeowner respected our space and were conscientious to not disrupt our plans. They all even congratulated our family on the wedding!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This property was described perfect. It has a being at home feeling and well stocked. I would highly recommend this property and I would stay there again.

My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

Awesome place, very close to the beach and not far from downtown. Cozy place, my girlfriend and I loved it. Host was very nice also😁

It was a wonderful experience. Our family enjoyed our stay. The home was very cute and cozy. I highly recommend to any family trying to stay close to the NAS Base.

I can’t say enough about how much me and family enjoyed our stay at Abby’s airbnb. We felt right at home and the home was well worth the price. The home was beautifully decorated with all the included amenities which may our stay very comfortable. We will definitely rent this home again the next time we travel to Pensacola.

Fully stocked house. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook . The king bed was very comfortable. The queen bed was firm. The kids room with twin beds had bed rails for a little kid, and a foot stool for my child to use the bathroom sink. The record player was great. Very quite area, and close to a nice park on the water, with ducks. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

The place looked just like the photos. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I did hear the rooster in the morning lol but it didn’t bother me. It was only 20 mins from the beach

The home was amazing, we didmt do much this trip. We wanted to just fish. The dock below the house at the boat ramp was were i spent alot of my time. It was perfect to just relax and fish. The kayaks were also nice to have. The home was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The blue angels flying over was great, i got really good videos as they fly pretty low so its a great experience to see!!! The waterpark in pensacola is very budget friendly!!! I will definantly return 10/10 on this home. You are away from all the heavy crouds but so convienant to everything!!

Mrs. Barbara was very nice. We got here early and she allowed us to check in soon as the finished cleaning. The place looks just like the picture. It was very peaceful and quiet there the neighbors were nice as well. Thank you so much Mrs . Barbara I will definitely rent again !

We did have a hiccup at check-in but overall had a wonderful stay! Jared was wonderful and responsive for any questions or needs that we had while we stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very nice!

It is a very nice, clean and peaceful place. Being in downtown makes it more accessible to the stores and restaurants and beaches. Pensacola beach was just 18 mins away from me. l would definitely book this place again. My only suggestions to the hosts that they may get better at their response time and also upgrading the pillows and bed sheets to more comfortable and clean ones would make this place perfect.
