The minute you walk through the door you will want to kick off your shoes, play some tunes and mix yourself a drink. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Helene's accommodation was perfect for us. It was spotless, the King size bed was a bonus and linen was lovely. Bathroom was large and super clean. Spa doesn't work but that wasn't a big deal for us, it may just be out of action at the moment but that is in the description from memory. We loved that it was quiet, parking off the road and had all we needed for our visit to see family. We hope to stay again. 🙂 thank you for providing a nice place to stay.

We couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation for the Warrnambool races. Close to the course, not far from town, shopping centre and restaurants / take away options nearby - everything we needed. The house was Group One. It slept five of us comfortably. It had a large kitchen with everything we needed, two living areas and an excellent 'man cave' outside. Michael's communication was excellent, making our arrival and entry simple. There were also 'gifts' for us on arrival - drinks and chocolates - that let us know Michael was more than just a host. He also let us know if anything was not quite right he could have it immediately corrected. That wasn't required. Thanks Michael, our accommodation was the icing on the cake of our fantastic visit.

Bianca is a very generous host - we arrived to a kitchen bench filled with welcome goodies and a note inviting us to use anything from the pantry. The house is pretty and well-maintained and we enjoyed our stay. Our greyhound was particularly welcomed - the hosts had even left out filled water bowls, dog bags and some treats. There was a good supply of everything you could want. What a great place!

We (4adults) stayed 2 nights at Phoebe’s. It was amazing. So close to everything. So quiet. So clean. So warm. Well packed kitchen. The main heater in the lounge room kept the home very warm. But we were also provided heaters for every bedroom. You provide an amazing home away from home. Thank you. We will definitely be back. Regards Jill and Jamie. Kayleen and Dave.

Hollie has a nice new home that is a perfect location if attending or working at the Races. Very welcoming and gets lots of natural sunlight. A nice pergola/courtyard too, outside a large kitchen/living area. We'd definitely stay again.
