This comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchenette is only 2 miles from the wonderful Lake of the Woods. A private parking area is large enough to accommodate at least two truck/boat rigs. It has a private entry and a separate living area. We are just west of the city of Warroad and walking distance to a bar and grill. You will love the privacy and location! We do live in the home, so please respect the quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM, or you may be asked to leave.

We are 3 miles from Wheelers Point public landing, 10 miles from Zipple Bay State Park, 12 miles from Baudette, 3 miles from Oak Harbor Golf Course 1 mile from Lake of the Woods Campground, the snowmobile trail is in our back yard and there are 100's of thousands of acres of public sporting land nearby.

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 9 miles from Lake of the Woods, 12 miles from Beltrami State Forest, direct access to county roads and ATV/UTV trails. There is ONLY 1 BATHROOM, but lots of room to move around. This is a work in progress, but it is very comfortable and quiet. Watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening and gaze at the stars at night!
