You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The b and b is located separately and closed off from the main house. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one b and b space.

Modern furnished studio in the center of water sports village Grou. The studio is located in the heart of Grou. When you step out the door, you are directly between the terraces and shops, walk about 100m further and you will be at the Pikmeer where you will find opportunities to rent a (sail)boat. After a nice day in the area, plop down on the sofa or outside in the sheltered and sunny south-facing garden. From the living room you step into the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.

At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Also check out our website! The residence is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Your four-legged friend is welcome! 🐾 For the first day you can order a luxury DIY breakfast for €17.50 (2 people).

Logement Smederij Sterk

Logement “Smederij Sterk” is located in the old townsmithy of J. Strong. The monumental building dates back to 1907 and is located in the middle of the city center, close to museums, restaurants, cozy shopping streets and the station. The accommodation has its own entrance, a living room with its own kitchen, a bedroom and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The accommodation has a view of and adjacent to a beautiful square where you can also sit outside.

You will sleep in style in our charming double bed or in the bunk bed. (Safe for kids) The wood-burning hot tub can be booked for €90 for a weekend and €120 for a (mid) week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 kids can join) The sauna is included for free. Inside is a nice sitting area, beautiful views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. In front of the cottage is a picnic table and an outdoor stove. And of course the lovely sauna and hot tub!

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

IT ÚT FAN HÚSKE - with a hot tub in the heart of Friesland

Rural accommodation IT ÚT FAN HÚSKE is located on an idyllic slingerdijkje 15 min cycling from Sneek or the Sneekermeer. The húske is detached, cozy and equipped with every comfort. From the outdoor terrace with canopy, guests can enjoy the HOT TUB, the views, the stars and a fabulous sunrise. The hot tub costs €40 for the 1st day and €20 for subsequent days. We recommend that you bring your own bathrobes, but if necessary, we also have bathrobes.

Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

In this lovely cottage, you can fully enjoy the great view over the nature reserve. Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. 10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is an equipped kitchen equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combi microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.
